This is a quality loft, in which the fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and work area have been designed in an open space floor plan; in addition to having a service WC. On the top floor, in the mezzanine, there is a private bedroom with a double bed, as well as a seating area and two single beds, designed in an “open space” concept with bathroom and shower. This loft is situated right next to the Póvoa Metro station, close to the city centre and only 400 metres from the beach.

We absolutely loved staying at Tiagos place. A beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need. A big bonus for us was that it's child friendly. A nice travel cot with beautiful mousselin bedding was prepared for us and there was also a changing table available. Leaving us detergent for the washing machine was a nice touch, so we didn't have to buy any for the few days. There is definitely the need to do laundry when traveling with a baby. We found the parfums and fragrances used in the cleaning agents a bit strong for our taste, but it was all good after airing out the rooms. Would definitely recommend staying at Tiagos. He's very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The apartment in Povoa de Varzim was a real stroke of luck! The location right on the beach is unbeatable – the view of the sea from the balcony is simply fantastic. The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement: modern, stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. Particularly noteworthy is Joaquim as a host. He was extremely friendly, always available and gave us great tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. The proximity to cafes, shops and leisure activities makes this place perfect for a relaxing and varied vacation. We will definitely be back! Toni, Steffi, Manuela and Julian
