The studio is beautiful, cozy, super well equipped and with a wonderful view of the sea directly from the balcony. The host was extremely attentive, sent us all the information in writing and even prepared a video explaining everything — an amazing touch that made all the difference! The contactless entry system was super practical, everything was very technological and well organized. The location is excellent, the parking too. In addition, the studio's structure is complete: air-conditioning, washing machine, beach toys, surfboard… even our pet was very well received! It was an amazing time. We felt at home and will certainly be back. We recommend with eyes closed!

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. we went on a holiday and I can say it was an amazing experience! We arrived and were super welcome, Eliane and her co-host were very requested with us! The place was impeccable in a matter of cleanliness and on the view I have no comments! It looked like a movie scene, kitchen was complete and matched all the needs, a clean, quiet and organized place, it was worth it and it was my best choice for sure!

I had already stayed at Vinícius' house last year, and I came back this year because I enjoyed the experience. It is a spacious house, one block from the beach, ideal for those who go with children. The place is very peaceful, and close to the promenadão do Balneário Santa Terezinha. The host is kind, and always answers our questions. The house is simple, but it has virtually everything that is needed to spend a few days away from home, such as kitchen utensils, microwave, lunchbox, blender, stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, smart TV, ceiling fan in all rooms, barbecue, etc. Counting the days, to return to the next year🙏😊.
