The place is very nice, clean, tidy and very well maintained. Mariela is a very good host, always attentive. The place is quiet; although it is not located downtown, it has the Park and La Redonda two blocks away, which are beautiful places to go. There is a good diner and other shops nearby. Very complete. I recommend it!

We had an excellent stay at this home. The safety is excellent, which allowed us to fully relax. The pool is spacious, clean and perfect to enjoy as a family. The quincho is comfortable and very well equipped, ideal for asados and outdoor gatherings. The park is a true paradise: extensive, well-kept and with lots of greenery to enjoy nature. Also, the host was very responsive and always available for any inquiries, making sure our stay was spotless. Definitely a place we would go back to. Highly recommended!

PROS The apartment was spotless, it's spacious The kitchen is spectacular, and also has many useful utensils The bathroom was clean, spacious, with two large, clean towels The spacious room with several quilts and air conditioning The garage looked safe, I don't know if it's big because we went on a motorcycle, but unless it's a very, very long van, I think all the cars fit The host always kept in touch NOT SO MANY PROS It was not our case, but if you have mobility problems, the apartment had quite a high staircase to climb to the room. The TV only had a few channels and didn't have the ability to stream from the cell phone (a Chromecast fixes this) If you arrive from the west side to the location, the streets and people (beggars, cardboard sellers, cracks, etc.) looked a bit cloudy. I would strongly recommend not walking or traveling through this area. CONCLUSION Everything was a 10, very flexible with check-in. GOOD EXPERIENCE

Modern and completely functional accommodation, located in the tranquility, privacy and security of the area outside the city. Ideal if you like silence, sunsets and sunrises with sounds of nature. To clear and relax in the beautiful park with a pool or enjoy the comfort of its facilities. Juan Ignacio was very kind and attentive the whole time, he welcomed us and explained and provided all the amenities he advertised. We had a beautiful and different family Christmas, and above all WE RESTED from the routine noise. We'll definitely be back. 100% truthful and recommended accommodation and Host.
