Vacation rentals in Paralia Nea Potidea

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Anastasia and Kostas were very kind to us dırinf our stay in their home. We felt like a member of the family. Anastasia made some wonderfull Greek dishes for us. Home was very clean and everything necessary was supplied by the owner. There is a nice beach close to the property and market , restaurants are 5 min. away by car. Overall it is a place for a wonderfull family vacation. Thanks for everything

Definitely will remain one of the most memorable Airbnb. Felt instantly at home. The place is spotless clean, very well equipped. The beach is very close from the house. And it’s just beautiful. Olena was very responsive, very helpful and super friendly. We are definitely looking forward to go back there.

Wonderful peaceful house beautiful garden and amazing views! Definitely coming back! Host is super friendly and made us feel home! Freshly baked feta roll and wine was waiting for us! If you decide to stay here, you will not regret! Supermarket is 2min drive local town with restaurants 5min drive beach is 2 min walk from the house! 5 STARS

The apartment is located on one of the main streets of the town with a visible view of Mount Olympus. There are many shops in the area where you can buy absolutely everything, and on Wednesdays in the nearby town of Nea Moudania there is a market with fresh vegetables and fruits. Cafes, restaurants, bars are within 100 m, so it is a very good location. We stayed here for a month and it was a good time because the apartment is clean, comfortable and has sufficient kitchen equipment. The hosts welcomed us nicely on the day of arrival and told us about the apartment in detail.

A stay that met our expectations – everything was just like in the photos, clean and quiet. We found everything we needed at the location, and communication with the host was very pleasant and efficient. Five stars for hospitality!

An intimate and very clean house! I had a wonderful stay, my puppy enjoyed the small green yard! The host was extremely accommodating and we communicated very easily!

The place looks exact like the pictures ( the bathroom is renovated). It’s not luxurious, but it has everything you need, the beds are large and comfortable. It’s very private and quiet. We spent our time outside in the yard and in the beach. The sea is amazing and the balcony terrace above the beach (sea) is amazing for coffee, reading a book or just to enjoy the view. 2 towns are near by car (3-5 min), there is market every Wednesday in Moudania, where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. If you want to feel free and like at your grandparents house, this place is for you.
