Waterfront vacation rentals in Paralia Koum Κapi

Wir durften zwei schöne Wochen im Blue Beach Hotel verbringen. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ansprechend eingerichtet und die Aussicht vom Balkon mit tollem Meerblick. Der Strand war schön und zu dieser Jahreszeit waren wir fast unter uns. Emmanuel und Yannis sowie das gesamte Personal waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

Mike was great from the start…we booked last minute and he texted me immediately. He made everything very easy and was extremely friendly when we got there to check in. He showed us everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us lots of tips on where to go to eat and to see the best sites. The rooftop space was beautiful and the apartment was very close to everything in the area… We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely recommend staying there… Thank you, Mike!

A great location right near the beach with clear views of an incredible sunset. The balcony was our favorite part but the location was great, with restaurants within seconds and the old port within a nice 15min walk along the water. Perfect. Katerina and George were amazing, easy communication and both went above and beyong welcoming us to Chania. Would highly recommend staying here if youre visiting Chania.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Die Küche hatte eine Basic Ausstattung. Es gibt sogar einen Zimmerservice, der alle paar Tage die Handtücher austauscht, Müll entsorgt und sauber macht. Der Strandabschnitt ist recht ruhig und an den meisten Tagen waren wir fast allein dort. Man kann dort auch gut schnorcheln, wenn man mag. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Tavernen, die uns beide sehr gefallen haben. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und würden dies auch empfehlen. Der einzige Manko ist die Straße. Man hört sie aber nicht sehr stark unten am Meer und mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Wir haben es beide nicht als wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Das schöne Grundstück und die Lage machen es definitiv wett. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick mindestens genauso so schön wie auf den Bildern ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, das man auch in der Wohnung kochen konnte. Es war sehr schön ruhig und daher perfekt zum runterkommen :). Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand waren fußläufig erreichbar. Jurga war super freundlich und war sehr gut erreichbar .

We loved our stay at Destino. Our favorite thing about the apartment is the view from the balcony. You can people-watch and watch the sunset, in all its splendor! The apartment is in a prime location. Everything in old town within easy walking distance. There are wonderful restaurants and coffee shops close by. We did not rent a car, but we found plenty to do through tours. We went on boat ride from the Harbor. On other days we were picked up close by the apartment and went to Samaria, Gorge, and Elafonisi beach. Do not hesitate to book Destino. We would definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Chania!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, tout était impeccable, très propres, super équipé et très fonctionnel, la piscine était étalement la bienvenue pour se rafraichir sous le soleil Crétois - De plus Karolina nous gracieusement offert un adorable présent de différents produits artisanaux Crétois un vrais régal merci beaucoup, Karolina est très réactive et très efficace Tout était parfait 10 sur 10 si on reviens en Crètes il est certain qu'on reviens chez Karolina Zahra Emma et Jean-Pierre

L’appartement est très bien situé, agréable et préparé avec goût. Je précise que nous sommes venus en hiver donc je ne peux rien dire quant au bruit dehors en été.

Cette maison de pêcheurs est un endroit de rêve d’un calme absolu, bercé par le bruit des vagues comme si nous étions sur un bateau. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Les terrasses disposées différemment sont un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte était d’une gentillesse incroyable et prévenant. Nous avons été accueillis avec des des fruits, des figues confites du cake et des biscuits, fait maison, excellent et sa maman nous avait confectionné un plat typique grec, délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter car c’est vraiment le plus bel endroit où l’on a passé des vacances pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay Apartment was clean and inviting . Plenty of room for my entire family Host was quick to help with questions we had . Don’t hesitate to stay at this great place when we come back, we will definitely book here .

The views from this place are beyond breathtaking, especially at sunset! This is an area that is just walking distance from the touristy spot and is very peaceful. My bf was worried about smell and sound being above a restaurant, but there were zero issues. It’s practically sound proof. We sat on the balcony multiple times a day to people watch and listen to the beautiful street performers. We must have missed it in the listing, but please note that this is a home someone lives in. So you don’t have as much storage as you would in an Airbnb dedicated to guests only. We had one closet, two drawers, and could store suitcases under the bed. Not much storage or counter space for our things, but the host did say we could use anything in the house which was nice for cooking our own meals. Highly recommend the brunch and coffee at the Sandbar! Would definitely recommend this spot, especially for couples. The bed is a thick memory foam mattress and was very cozy & comfortable. We slept great!

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern für 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Wir konnten 2 Babybetten und einen Hochstuhl haben, was eine grosse Erleichterung war. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Meer und Strand und Restaurants etc. sind direkt um die Ecke. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge hinter denen die Sonne untergeht und um die Ecke sieht man aufs Meer. Grosser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nach 3 Tagen wurde die Wohnung geputzt, Abfall entsorgt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, wunderbar! Es gibt eine lange Treppe um in die Wohnung zu kommen, ohne Lift, für uns war es aber kein Problem.

5 things we loved 🥰 : 1. The proximity to the sea: going to the beach around the corner and go for a swim 2. The huge terrasse with the table where we had breakfast and yoga every morning outside 3. The very well equipped and cosy apartment from hair dryer to toaster, from books to jazz CD's 4. The proximity to everything ; the town via multiple ways along the coastal path. 5. The warm welcome from Christina Plus the ease to park the car at the end of the street We recommend this apartment and would love to come back

We had a wonderful stay, VERY CLEAN and QUITE place, well stocked condo, great host, sun set off the patio baloney was wonderful. Kyriakos was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The place is much nicer than the pictures on the website. I highly recommended this place. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, much bigger than we needed but it was nice to spread out... Thank you Kyriakos for being such a wonderful host. PS. This is parking at the place.

És una llar acollodora i amb moöt d‘encant. Estàs a prop de tot sense el soroll i öes molèsties de la zona turística massificada. Dorms amb el soroll del mar de fons i el veïnat és grec. Ens ha ahradat molt i si tornem anirem de nou a ca la Mary.

Amazing stay, just what I was looking for. The place was as expected and right near the beach. The place was clean and the little extras like the sun bed and other beach stuff was appreciated. Parking out from useful too. Kurt was really nice, great communication and very welcoming. Would recommend the stay.
