An amazing apartment to stay in Chania, walkable to the Old Port and the beach, beautiful surroundings and lots of parking. Special shout out to Silver who was unbelievably helpful, booked everything for us and met us personally upon arrival. She also gave us amazing recommendations that made our stay in Crete unforgettable!

The place was exactly as described. Within walking distance of the old town, bus stop and surrounded by a lot of food options (don't forget to try bougatsa! There are two famous places within a 5-min walk). Hosts were also very very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend, and will stay again if I get the chance to visit another time in the future!

When we arrived my partner said what have you booked. HOWEVER from that point on the accommodation was superb, hoist views amenities out of this world. We found a bar Naya bar ^ restaurant which is a 3 minute walk right of the apartment. The food and hospitality was 100%.We did eat else where but it didn't compare. Food and drinks was reasonably priced and out of this world. This location for this apartment is spot on for the town of Kissimos. (20 mins walk tops) On our trip we did the top main beaches which are apartment is sentral. If you want to be off the grid or a quiet location for your family this is the place. Our hoist accommodated to our every needs like taking sun loungers on the beach. I will definitely recommend these apartments. I had the top terrace wow waking up to sea front views was unbelievable. To sum these apartments is a hidden gem.Cleaned every couple of days.Happy memories from the UK 🇬🇧 thank you x

Well the home is newly built and spotless and everything is new! The bed mattress is for restful sleep and the sheets are pure Egyptian cotton, the best!! Stavros and Maria are a young couple and they are very friendly, like his father, very helpful in everything we needed and everything we asked filled us with goodies of their own production!!! Souda is a few kilometers away from Chania and for us who were looking for quiet it was the best!!! The hosts are great and I highly recommend it!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful!!!

We were there for a total of a week. The room corresponded exactly to the photos – we especially liked the large balcony, where you can linger wonderfully. Unfortunately, the kitchen was very sparsely equipped – there was no salt, no pepper and no detergent or sponge, only some dishes, a pot and a pan. We then took care of the missing things ourselves. Since we couldn't take it with us, maybe the next guests will benefit from it :) Communication was impeccable at all times! A positive surprise was that during our stay the towels were changed and the room was cleaned – an absolute luxury, because from the beach you quickly bring sand into the room. We can definitely recommend the place – we had a wonderful time there!

We spent 14 wonderful days in Marilena's residence. From the first moment we felt very welcome. Marilena is not only incredibly hospitable and friendly, but also very sweet and nice to children. The place was sparkling clean and well cared for. The private pool was an absolute highlight: every morning it was carefully cleaned by Marilena herself. What we also really appreciated was that she came to clean the house in the interim, of course in consultation. Really top service! You can tell from everything that Marilena does this with love and has an eye for her guests. In short: a fantastic place to stay with a hostess who really makes a difference. We will definitely come back here!

Beautiful accommodation, even better than in the pictures, in a very quiet area. Michaelis and his sister are very friendly hosts who provide excellent advice and are available at the slightest request. I highly recommend this listing!

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 days in the accommodation and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful modern house. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The beautiful terrace with a hot tub is worth mentioning. The location is great. It is about 15 minutes drive to the center of Chania. Several beaches are within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet location. It offers a good base for exploring Crete. Katerina and her husband are great hosts. Upon arrival, a fresh Greek salad, oranges and wine awaited us. We got fresh vegetables from the garden a few days later. Katerina was always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Overall, we would recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars!

The apartment was at the heart of Chania with everything in walking distance - easy to access the town, the restaurants, the port. Great location. Spacious apartment, well kept, and with rooftop terrace too. If you want somewhere in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Chania the location is great. To note though Chania can be very busy and with plenty of restaurants that are open until late at night, it can be a bit noisy into the early hours - fine if you are expecting to enjoy the late evening etc, but not so great if you want an early night sleep.

The accommodation is of very high quality. Everything is spotlessly clean and it is very spacious and comfortable. The outside is incredible and the photos can’t do it justice. The patio is really comfortable as is the outside dining / bbq area as is the grassy lawned area. A lot of choice as how you want to relax. The nearby beaches are great and there are lots of places to eat nearby. We very much enjoyed Chania which is a short distance away. We drove there but the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away from Sandy’s place. We plan to visit Crete again and we will definitely be looking to book Sandy’s Boutique when we do.

The place looks exactly as described, it is bright and clean. You can walk 2 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the old town. Katerina gave us tips for shopping and the surroundings. Everything is perfect.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Excellent location, excellent host. Communication was great throughout - Menios made sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was fantastic and this place really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!
