Great place to stay in the heart of Kalamata city center! Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and much more. Quiet area as well! Spacious and clean apartment with the most amazing balcony! I found myself eating and having coffee on the balcony multiple times a day.

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

We felt very welcomed at Antjes Place. The studio is beautiful and has enough space. We enjoyed our small getaway in the nature. Antje has been extremely warm and friendly!

The property is in a quiet environment the bedrooms are very comfortable, a prominent advantage that the pool is built inside the house and can be used in any weather and prevents the entry of insects. The space is not large but gives value and pampering.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Possibly, the best sea view in Kalamata. The view from the balconies is simply amazing. We didn’t need to go anywhere else, stayed in the balcony and enjoyed our coffees. The bedrooms are as described and the living/dining area is so spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, but we didn’t cook, just ordered delivery (and there’s a view of the sea and mountain when washing the dishes) The host met us at both check in and check out and explained everything we needed. If you’re looking for a relaxing break, and enjoy the therapeutic view of sea and mountains, look no further. If you are looking for a working holiday, I think the WiFi connectivity may be an issue. This is A lovely place and I hope (and plan) to stay there again in the coming months.

Exactly as he describes it The house was very comfortable, it had everything you could need for needs inside the house. It's in an accessible spot for a supermarket and anything else you want You could park comfortably around the alleyways Even if there was traffic from cars, it was a quiet area.

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Perfect accommodation! Large spacious bathroom, two independent bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen with extra sofa bed. The kitchen had everything except coffee maker (which we personally used a lot). Cleanliness! Mrs. Evangelia is just wonderful! Always with a smile to ask if we are missing anything! The beach below the house is accessible on foot in 2 minutes, with thin gravel, which in the afternoon was like private (we were almost on our own). The best vacation we've had! Thank you very much!

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.

Bright and comfortable home and great host

The hosts were very polite and nice. They answered very quickly for every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nespresso coffee machine & coffee capsules, milk frothers make delicious coffee. Very comfortable with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Parking on the street was very easy. The city center is easily reached on foot. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.
