Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

The location is the best. Very near the entrance to the old Skyros, restaurants and shops, yet hidden, with its charming courtyard and table under the fully grown lemon tree. The supermarket is very near. The taxis of the island park on the street to which you walk to from your hide out. The place has a soul. If you have a car, it is almost always easy to park near by.

A shaded outdoor seating area is framed by lush greenery and flowering plants. A wooden table is set with decorative items, while comfortable lounge chairs provide a relaxing space. The walls are adorned with blue shutters, contributing to the tranquil atmosphere of the garden.

Siamo stati ospiti da Avgerinos e sua moglie, due simpatiche e splendide persone locali, in questa bellissima casa nel villaggio di Aspous. Sono stati disponibili sia prima che dopo il nostro arrivo e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni sull'isola oltre ad aiutarci ogni volta che ne avessimo bisogno. La casa è molto bella e pulita, la posizione ottima. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio!

Η βίλα ήταν υπέροχη, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και στην περιγραφή. Είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η θέα φανταστική και η πισίνα υπέροχη. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, ο,τι ερώτηση είχαμε με χαρά μας βοήθησε. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό ώστε να το αναφέρω. Θα ξανά πήγαινα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Μειναμε στο σπιτι της Κυριας Αννας 6μερες. Υπεροχο κυκλαδιτικο σπιτι ακομα καλυτερο απο τις φωτογραφιες και πεντακαθαρο! Η Κυρια Αννα μας τα προσεφερε ολα μονο νερα εμφιαλωμενα χρειαστηκε να παρουμε! Η τοποθεσια ιδανικη μπροστα ακριβως βρισκεται μια απο τις υπεροχες παραλιες του νησιου! Πρωτη φορα στ νησι και η Κυρια Αννα μας κατατοπησε για το που να παμε , τι να δουμε και που να φαμε! Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα! Κυρια Αννα σας ευχαριστουμε για ολα! Τα ξαναλεμε συντομα!!

La casa di Giannos ci è piaciuta perché lontana dal traffico delle auto ma comunque comoda per arrivarci. Piccola ma con tutti i servizi compresa la lavatrice. Sempre acqua per la doccia.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. House was great for our needs (party of 5) and was generally well equiped. We loved that we could get vegetables from the garden. There’s some great tavernas a short drive away as well a couple within walking distance. Barely 2 minutes walk to the beach where the waters were clear and warm.

A sandy beach is framed by natural rock formations on one side. The blue sky stretches overhead, while distant mountains provide a scenic backdrop. The shoreline appears inviting, with gentle waves lapping at the sand.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und haben den Standort im Bereich vina sehr lieben gelernt. Es ist so friedlich. Der Strand vina beach ist durch die Gartentüre über die duene erreichbar und wenn man morgens früh und abends kommt, ist man so gut wie alleine. Frau Vera war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und wir haben die Unterhaltungen mit ihr sehr genossen. Fuer uns war natürlich sehr angenehm, uns mit Ihr auf Deutsch zu unterhalten! die Wohnung ist Blitz sauber und verfügt über alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe möglich ! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und freuen uns schon, Frau Vera wieder zu treffen. wir wünschen Ihnen ein gutes Restjahr und hoffen, wir treffen uns nächstes Jahr wieder auf unserer geliebten Insel skyros. (Séjour de trois semaines fin septembre, en couple) Studio simple, propre et fonctionnel doté d’une grande véranda couverte. Lit confortable, armoire pour vêtements et grands tiroirs de rangement pratiques. La douche gagnerait à être dotée de panneaux plutôt que de rideaux afin d’éviter de mouiller le plancher de la salle de bain. Sinon elle a une bonne pression et l’eau chaude ne manque pas. Kelly donne de bons conseils, est réactive, disponible même à distance et répond de façon proactive. Dès la mi-septembre certains restaurants et bars de plage ferment pour la saison mais on en trouve tout de même plusieurs autres encore ouverts. Situation au calme, entourée de sable avec vue sur les bateaux de pêcheurs, le village perché, la lumière changeante sur les falaises du sud de l’île qui ferme la baie, bref un lieu apaisant ! Merci Kelly !
