Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

Renovated this winter of 2020 with respect and love to the island's traditional architecture. The house consists of an open space without separate rooms.

Η οικία είναι ισόγεια,έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, μεγάλη πλήρη κουζίνα,μεγάλη αυλή,πέργκολες όπου μπορείτε να θαυμάσετε τη φύση όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας και να παίξουν παιδιά.Απλό λιτό εσωτερικά. Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

The location is the best. Very near the entrance to the old Skyros, restaurants and shops, yet hidden, with its charming courtyard and table under the fully grown lemon tree. The supermarket is very near. The taxis of the island park on the street to which you walk to from your hide out. The place has a soul. If you have a car, it is almost always easy to park near by.

A shaded outdoor seating area is framed by lush greenery and flowering plants. A wooden table is set with decorative items, while comfortable lounge chairs provide a relaxing space. The walls are adorned with blue shutters, contributing to the tranquil atmosphere of the garden.

We had a great time at the Villa! The house was amazing, clean, nice decorated and with all amenities. We enjoyed the outside space with an incredible view. The host was very helpful and friendly! Thank you Sonia and Vivian! We definitely recommend it!

We liked Giannos's house because it was far from the car traffic but still convenient to get there. Small but with all amenities including the washing machine. Always shower water.

Great location, quiet and peaceful. House was great for our needs (party of 5) and was generally well equiped. We loved that we could get vegetables from the garden. There’s some great tavernas a short drive away as well a couple within walking distance. Barely 2 minutes walk to the beach where the waters were clear and warm.

A sandy beach is framed by natural rock formations on one side. The blue sky stretches overhead, while distant mountains provide a scenic backdrop. The shoreline appears inviting, with gentle waves lapping at the sand.

We stayed at the accommodation of a family of four and our stay was really easy and enjoyable. The landlord has taken care of some details in the home that we appreciated and made it easier for us to stay in. The property is in a great location ideal for tranquility and relaxation, but without feeling isolated. After all, it's very close to the country. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and yard of the home as well as the beach which is a few meters from it. Especially in the afternoon hours it is very pleasant to swim on this beach overlooking a small chapel and the country. We had a great time and would be happy to go back again. We also thank Mrs. Vera warmly for her kind welcome and her pleasant and warm discreet presence.

(Three-week stay at the end of September, as a couple) Simple, clean and functional studio with a large covered veranda. Comfortable bed, wardrobe for clothes and large practical storage drawers. The shower would benefit from panels rather than curtains to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. Otherwise it has good pressure and there is no shortage of hot water. Kelly gives good advice, is responsive, available even remotely and responds proactively. From mid-September some restaurants and beach bars close for the season but there are still several others still open. Quiet location, surrounded by sand with views of fishing boats, the hilltop village, the changing light on the cliffs of the south of the island that closes the bay, in short a soothing place! Thanks Kelly!
