Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood, on the top floor (no elevator). The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (200mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!

The beautiful cozy apartment is a hidden gem close to the airport. The owner and his family are super nice and friendly. They offered us lunch at their restaurant and ride to the airport. They were also flexible with our checkout when our flight got rescheduled. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be back again. Thank you ❤️

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

I would like to say thank you for that gentleman that helped me with this reservation. They were always open for all my questions. The unit was very clean very modern. Very important thing is there was a washer and dryer there was two ACs, which makes a big difference when you have kids someone on or off. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much super clean.
