Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom and ONLY 2 Miles to downtown* Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway leads to a park. **NO PARTIES

Peach & Love Casita

Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee and watch the trout jump. Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. We hope you decide to come stay with us!

Sanctuary: artsy, comfy+new

This home is a refuge, a quiet space to rest in after days of exploring the beauty of the area. Mountain views in the backyard, sunset views in the front. Easy to walk everywhere in town, and peaceful to come home to, with art from all over the world, + comfy furniture. There is a portable swamp cooler fan and a normal portable fan. The yard is a work in progress, if you walk along the house you'll discover the backyard seating area, with a shady hammock + views.
