Fully furnished place with cooking amenities(utensils,gas) refrigerator, water purifier(RO) etc. 900 Sq.ft 2 BHK also has nice sofa set, dining tables with wooden chairs. Good enough for 5 adults My apartment is good for couples, family, friends groups, etc. The bedroom and the balcony are overlooking the lake and offer a clear view of the Sunset. The main bedroom on the lake side has a double bed and a wardrobe, both made of sagwan wood, while the other bedroom has a single bed. The guests can relax, rewind, in the serene and peaceful atmosphere of Lavasa. The guests can reach me anytime by phone. Guests are advised not to play loud music or do any other activities that may disturb or offend the neighbours. Also the apartment has been done with delicate and expensive interiors. It is expected from the guests to take utmost care so as to not damage any property. It is also advised to save energy by switching off all electrical appliances when they are not in use and particularly when guests move out for sightseeing and recreation. Since we are handing over the entire apartment to the guests, the keys to the apartment should be kept safely. In case of loss of keys , we charge Rs. 1000 to the guests for key replacement. Lavasa corporation charges an entry fee of Rs 500 to every 4 wheeler entering Lavasa.
“1. Pictures depict the actual place. there's no disparity between what you see and what you get - infact it was better . 2. There was a kitchen with basic amenities - which was great - we could make our own food 3. I loved the lighting and the furniture in the rooms - especially the chandelier. 4. The comforter/bed/linen/cushions/toiletries/utensils were just right . 5. The place above all is quaint - near zero disturbance - very close to the lake . I could sit at the balcony and just wonder in the moment of time. 6. Pawan was very swift in assisting us. His care taker was also helpful and assisted us with check in and check out. He never asked for any tips and we didn't give any to tread delicately. 7.We could purchase bits and pieces of our choice at economical rates within the premises - like salt and butter/bread/veggies to make our breakfast. 8. Hotel menu cards were within the apartment - we were able to simply order off the bat and it came within 45 minutes - very thoughtfully kept and very helpful. Overall a big thank you to Pawan and his team for such a great pleasure!”
