Budget-friendly Studio #1 w/ kitchn 10min to Alona

My place is in a nice village of Panglao near the plaza and is walking distance to the market and the 7-11 Store. A fitness gym is located above 7-11 Store. La Familia Restaurant and local cafeterias are nearby. Sorry, I do not serve breakfast or meals. I have Wi-Fi in the rooms and hot & cold water shower. My place is 4.8 km (10 minutes by tricycle) to Alona Beach and 3 km (5 minutes) to Moadto Strip Mall. I have 4 studio rooms in all. This room is located on the ground floor.

Quiet studio equipped kitchen close to everything

Located on a fenced ground built in 2019, the Alaia Studios building consists of 12 studios which is reached by a 100-meter road that takes us away from the noise from the main road. This quiet area is a 5-minute drive from Alona Beach and Danao Beach, 10 minutes from the airport. Just a few meters away we have vegetable shops, groceries and restaurants. Public transport stops 100 meters from the entrance and we have scooters for rent.
