Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Panglao Island

I felt safe throughout my entire stay, which I was really thankful for as a solo traveler. Everyone was welcoming and warm (even their neighbors), and the entire place was as advertised. I'll be sure to come here again when I come back to Bohol.

Great and easy going host. Felt like I made a new friend. He had good advice for what to do and even gave me heads up for stuff I should watch out for like the weather.

Pahiluna is such a wonderful and beautiful place to stay at. We’re immersed in a beautiful garden with big trees and super friendly staffs. Feels very much like home because of the safety and cleanness of the room, and the hospitality of the keeper’s family. Nice and simple breakfast with fruits everyday before the journey, a gate which we can enter by our own so no curfews at night. The keeper’s family lives at the spot so they’re able to provide help anytime needed. It’s so safe and feel like home that one of the days we even forgot to lock our door. We were able to book any trips, motorbikes from the keeper with honest and public pricing. Saving the hassle of comparing prices outside. It’s away from the busy area of Alona beach but still easy to get to with a motorbike or their scooter taxi. They also have two large dogs around the guesthouse, super cute and friendly. This is a place you come feeling awe and leave with many many friends.

Location & Car: The house is about tutu 25 minutes by car from Panglao Island International Airport The price is 250 pesos, 10 minutes by tutu to Alona Beach, the price is about 120. House environment: What you see is what you get, the house is very designed overall, very clean.There is a large living room on the first and second floors, the kitchen is an open area in the yard, room 1-3 is on the first floor, 4-6 is on the second floor, each room has its own balcony; Facilities: It is not suitable for people with high requirements for the Internet, they often can't brush the signal, it is not very good under the wifi environment, the house provides towels, bath towels, soap, there are no other toiletries, you need to bring your own, it is quite good, it is relatively environmentally friendly, and the surrounding environment is not particularly quiet for people who do not sleep well, because it is surrounded by villages, and there will be chickens and dogs; Personnel & communication: The caretaker will clean the yard every day, provide free breakfast to help with the ride, and be warm and polite.

A different kind of experience! The place is very cozy and relaxing. Had an amazing stay at this lovely place. It has some overlooking view/deck. Stephen is very accommodating and helpful. His cooking skills are superb! The place has no wifi but it gave us time to bond, relax, and enjoy.

Enjoyed our stay in Emma’s place. Staff are approachable, room is worth the amount we paid for. You should try out their pancit and mango shake! Will definitely consider Emma’s place again when we go back to Bohol.

Very nice stay to visit everything around (Chocolate Hills, chocolate farm Bohol). Had a very nice breakfast as well! ☺️

Steph is a super host and even a better chef, his dishes are made all with all natural and real food and that makes a big difference. Highly recommended!

Majorie and her staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We strongly recommend staying here the room and setting is beautiful and the homemade cakes a must try.

would love to come back if I visit Bohol again! the place was lovely and private :) staffs are friendly and always eager to help. location might not be the closest to the popular areas, but I believe guests choosing here would prefer to have an exclusive/quiet ambience!

Their customer service is superb! Kuya Alvin is so friendly and accommodating. They would try to meet all of your needs if they can, including transport, breakfast, flexible check-in/out and any amenities etc. you might need. We also met the owner and he welcome us warmly. We booked rooms 3 and 4 so for our group so we had our own two private rooms, kitchen area and bathroom. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer and hot/cold water dispenser and the bathroom has a great shower with hot and cold water. The location is near to Dumaluan beach where exclusive beach front resorts are located. But you can access beautiful white sand beaches for free by walking 5 minutes to the shore and then another 5 or 10 minutes along the beach. Overall it's fantastic value and we'd love to come back for a longer stay in future!

My stay at Sparrow’s Nest was too short. Esther and Pedro are wonderful hosts and they accommodated my every travel need, from airport pickup to an insider’s tour of Panglao Island. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (by the pool) was hearty and healthy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for getting around and seeing the island’s main attractions; at the same time, the property is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I’m looking forward to staying again at Sparrow’s Nest.

A nice and quiet place, with very friendly and helpfull staff. There where wifi problems, but they placed a router outside our room to solve it. The pool and property was spotless clean.

Absolutely lovely place, would stay again if we come back to Panglao. Very peaceful as a fair distance away from the bars/restaurants so be prepared to rent a bike or get a trike/taxi which was always very easy from the accommodation

Casa di Beatrice is a cosy bed & breakfast a few minutes drive from Alona beach. It was easy to order a trike into town. The room was just spacious enough for two adults and two pre-teen kids. The doors throughout the room could use some upgrading as they were all very difficult to close and lock. The staff were always very helpful and locked my room for me every time I left the property. Breakfast was big and delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Mia went over and above out of her way to make us feel welcome - she was so hospitable and generous! The room and house were very clean and presentable, with an authentic and homely feel. Mia was happy and very helpful in making bookings for tours, dinners and transport, and made a home cooked breakfast each morning. I would recommend visiting Bohol Social club for the afternoon for a one-day pass for pool, massage and food/drink, and also The Flaming Bar for dinner. Thank you Mia, would definitely recommend and stay again! 💕

I stayed at Ivory’s Guesthouse, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The house is about 15–20 minutes from the bustling Alona Beach area, offering the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and easy access to the action. It truly felt like a home away from home — the comfort and cleanliness were a solid 10/10. Ivy, the host, is absolutely amazing — kind, helpful, and always great with communication. One unique and beautiful touch: each room features original paintings personally done by Ivy herself, which adds a warm and artistic feel to the space. My stay was very brief but I was greeted with a lot of kindness and I had a good sleep. I had a dip in the ocean at the front of the property. I was directed to where I could go for dinner and I was provide free coffee and water. I was even made breakfast before my early departure in the morning! It would be helpful to have a motorcycle for this place as I had but perhaps a tricycle can be arranged by the host as they are very helpful.
