We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

We had such a great stay at this place! The location was perfect and really close to Megamall, which made it super easy for us to grab food, shop, or just hang out. The unit was clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the view was amazing. Definitely one of our favorite parts! Would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—truly above and beyond. They even welcomed us with fresh Duhat and Peach Mango fruits, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to hang out on the property while they finished cleaning. The host also gave us a quick tour of the facility, which helped us feel right at home right away. The place itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a cozy, homey atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking, and the dining table setup was absolutely gorgeous—ideal for group meals or just relaxing together. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway!

We only stayed 1 night bec we attended a concert at the Ph Arena. Robeley was flexible with our early check in request bec we overestimated the time travel and we had nowhere to go to. The place was so clean, Mary the caretaker was already there to greet us and show us around. Overall, great value for money. We had a restful, relaxing sleep and stay. Thank you!

This is our second time being hosted by Venica, and once again, she did not disappoint. She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and worry-free. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully updated—everything you could ask for in a temporary home. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future! Highly recommended.
