I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the things I appreciated most was the setup of the room—it had two beds, which was perfect for my needs and added to the convenience of the stay. The location is excellent. It’s right in the center of the city, close to many popular attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The host was also very kind and welcoming. They were responsive to any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of. Their hospitality really added to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids! We had an incredible time staying at John Erwin's place with my nieces and nephews, who are all minors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was designed with care and attention to detail. The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a family, plenty of room for the kids to play while still giving everyone space to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make mealtime easy and fun. The location was fantastic, too—close to Festive walk and mall, Marketplace, coffee shops, korean bbq and more. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

It has perfect location walkable to Festive Mall, city is clean & nice. The tower has swimming pool & just ask the reception to get a ticket access to the pool. The room is clean & it has kitchen. Fast internet & good air condition. I highly recommended this place.

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. Lovely place to stay with my family. Great having a pool to keep the kids cool during the warm weather. Home has all the amenities you need. Clean and tidy. We had family over and it was great to have the outdoor area to have them over. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a great host.

I stayed here 4 days and everything was great. it's a small studio apartment with a kitchen + large Balcony. You can walk across the street to the megaworld area with hundreds of coffee shops and restaurants and stores. I used the gym a few times and the pool once. Both are nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Louee's place. The place is really comfortable and has a good scenery. The host and staff were super friendly. The place is near malls so it has good access to any restaurants or groceries if you need one.

Very much recommended. We even extended our stay.

The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

The place truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and conveniently located near Megaworld and other top spots. Everything was great! My only small suggestion would be to provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Other than that, it’s a solid 6/5 experience!

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about my experience. Nona was absolutely wonderful and responsive. I initially stayed two weeks and liked it so much that I stayed an additional week. It is by far the most modern AirBnB I’ve experienced in the Philippines. It’s 80 meters from the Ayala Mall. There are easily a couple of dozen restaurants with in a five minute walk. There is a large Metro grocery store within 100 meters. I think you’ll be very happy staying here.

responsive host. good location and near to sm. though we had a challenge at first due to host prior enggagement that limits her responsiveness. but as soon as she finished it. we were able to communicate seamlessly. the heck in process is also quick and detailed.

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.
