Vacation rentals with a pool in Panay

the place is clean and nice home. my kids enjoy the stay. the host is very accomodating. high five for you.

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Ariane Rae's place was cozy, clean, and had nice decor. We would definitely stay there again.

Great deal! Perfect for groups or family outing. Spacious, we felt at home and the host is very responsive. Will choose this rental again in the future. Highly recommended.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

Bryner’s place is very clean and nice. Includes necessary toiletries, coffee and water, hairdryer, etc. Instructions on how to get there and get in are very straightforward. Honesty shelves were very helpful when we stayed because it rained during our stay so we didnt have to go down to buy snacks! Thank you Bryner!

great stay, highly recommend! right at the heart of the city. there are fastfood chains nearby if you want a quick bite or some coffee, but local options are walkable too. view was beautiful. wifi was fast, i was able to work during my stay without issue. felt comfortable during our whole stay. cold ac and clean linens which i wish were a little thicker because the ac was very cold. only comment would be i wish more toilet paper and trash bags were provided, but other than that it was an excellent stay. host was very quick to respond as well.

Keren's sanctuary is the best place to book for an accommodation as a first- timer in Bacolod. Her unit was well maintained and the descriptions and good reviews match what we have seen and experienced. Her unit is budget- friendly yet located in a very prime location, close to everything and accessible to everything. We are a family of 3 and we had the best rest, sleep and recovery after every long day following our itinerary during the 4 days and 3 nights exploring Bacolod Talisay and Silay. Don't think twice in booking this unit because it is the best deal here in airbnb. The 2 bedrooms have 2 functioning aircons. The sala/ dining area is spacious enough for 3 people. There were complimentary drinking water bottled in the fridge. The toilet was clean and had tissue rolls, liquid soap shampoo. The kitchen was clean and had utensils. It also had dish soap. Ref was available. The condo had a great view of the lagoon and city street. If ever we'd return, we would book her unit again! TY

Great stay, close to lagoon, easy check in and quick response from host

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 nights and 6 days. The unit was nice and clean. We were also able to use the building’s facilities, and it’s conveniently located near the Iloilo Convention Center, which was the venue for our event. The area is quiet, and the guards and maintenance staff were very helpful. The lobby had a hotel-like feel and smelled really nice. :-) We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed right away. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Iloilo!

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

I will stay at Val's place again. The location is perfect, with Festive Walk a mere five minutes walk. The flat has a nice balcony view of the Festive Bridge to the left and the vast expanse of still undeveloped land to the right. It has two balconies (one in the bedroom) and this is the only building in this area that has an actual living room and bedroom plus a maid's room with its own loo. There were a few things that needed fixing which I flagged and I'm sure Val (being super responsive and proactive that he is) will have these things sorted immediately. 🙂 I will stay at this flat again! So far it's been quiet and I'm hoping either no lives in the floor above or the neighbors are just respectful and quiet. No dragging of furniture and loud noises. You can hear the occasional loud vehicle from outside especially at night. Definitely will recommend this place for its great value and location, and Val's great hosting.
