Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. I absolutely loved the location! It’s in a really quiet neighborhood, and it’s super easy to walk to the beach. Rey also gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants. I’ll definitely be recommending this place when visiting Puerto Rico!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

The apartment and complex was very nice. We loved how close it was to a very clean beach. About 15min by uber to Old San Juan and about 10 minutes to SJU. Luis was quick to respond to my messages. And the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The area wasn’t very touristy, but it felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

The location is as good as it gets in Old San Juan. Everything is within an 5-10 min walk. The place was decorated beautifully and peacefully, the AC units were great, the shower was really nice. We liked the interior courtyard as the streets can be noisy, we slept wonderfully. Overall a 5 star rental!

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the apartment was. It was also incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after our daily activities. The full kitchen was a lifesaver, equipped with all the essentials we could ask for. The host deserves special recognition for being so helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Our granddaughter especially loved spending time in the beautiful pool. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and give this accommodation a well-deserved 5-star rating.

it was my first time in PR by myself and Gloryvee was extremely helpful. her communication was amazing and answered any questions i had including her personal opinion on restaurants to try!! caution: it can get pretty noisy at night and early morning but there’s free ear plugs so it’s not the worst thing. other than that, perfect place to stay because everything is at walking distance.

Great location and the place was great.

The apartment/penthouse was exactly as pictures shown. Check in was easy, near lots of great shops and food places. We truly had such an enjoyable experience with lots of room to wind down in the evening. Earplugs came in handy when you want to unplug from the noise. We will definitely will be back.

JD’s home was AMAZING! My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old daughter. We were slightly concerned about the loft and stairs before booking but decided to go ahead with it and we are so glad we did! The stairs was NOT an issue, as it has a banister making it easy for my daughter to get up and down. Everything we could need was there (dishes, towels, even body wash and shampoo - although we did bring our own). The shower was great! We came on vacation with my sister who stayed at a different bnb nearby with bad water pressure. JD’s water pressure was GREAT! The location is PERFECT. Old San Juan is a smaller, walkable town so everything is close and convenient, but the bnb is in a side street so you’re not thrown right into the traffic of Calle de San Francisco when you walk out your door! There was a bit on construction happening next door which interrupted our sleep a couple of times but that was a small and temporary issue. We would absolutely stay again!

Great place clean, great location and host was responsive and friendly at all times. She made sure my stay was great for my birthday and I enjoyed the location close to everything. Ubers arrived with no problem to location and many restaurants in the area. Brenda was attentive to my necessities at all times and instructions were clear and easy. Home was clean and confortable.
