Just a 25 minute country road drive from Carmel Valley Village and all it's great wine tasting rooms and restaurants. 40 minutes to Carmel and it's shops and beaches. 50 minutes to Pebble Beach and the amazing scenery and golfing. An easy hike to the Los Padres dam and it's beautiful spillway waterfall. Ride your mountain bike along the seaonal Cachagua creek and head up Chews Ridge. Very quiet and private. Shop for that perfect bottle of wine in the Village and enjoy it in privacy on the deck.

Please note: The road closure is approximately 2 hours south from my home. I am open without any interference from the road closure. Drive up to your own private, paved and gated driveway to a home with a panoramic view of redwood and oak ridges. It's a sunny location, all day long. Perfect for one or two people. Visit D'Jango Hill Farm! Stay in a tastefully decorated large apartment over a luxury 6 stall horse barn. The apartment has a complete kitchen, a separate bedroom, as well as a queen size Murphy bed in the large livingroom. Some windows look down into the horse stalls below, while others look over pastures full of horses, goats and alpacas. In addition to sunshine, you may wake up to the sound of our donkey" hehawing" for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm, we have a "No Pets" policy).

Our 1800 square foot studio/loft sits on the edge of a canyon and forest. We are 3 miles south of Carmel, off Highway One. Floor to ceiling windows look out onto bird life and to the rocks, seabirds, and sunsets over the Pacific . Sleeps 4, upstairs in loft and downstairs in main room. Used by writers, painters, dancers.

A cozy, rustic, secluded cabin, accessed via 3/10-mile steep hike from the main part of the property. The perfect getaway for romance, writers, artists or anyone who needs a retreat in nature! I'm going to emphasize again that the hike to the cabin, although not a very long hike it is very steep especially nearest to the cabin. You'll be carrying all your belongings so plan accordingly.
