The main house of Finca Makiesse was designed by Colombian Marcela Ramirez, which is 2.7 km from the main village. Makiesse is a name of African origin, meaning joy, happiness, energy! And that's exactly what you'll find at Finca Makiesse. The house is fully inserted in the exuberant nature of the Valley. Wood, stained glass, stones, high ceilings, a fireplace, and outside, lots of greenery and a universe of possibilities. The roads in the Valley are made of clay, with many potholes and slopes.
