Great place to stay! New home. Mid-class neighborhood, well located. Marcos is good and responsive people. The room is air-conditioned and this is very important in Palmas. I recommend it for those looking to pay an extra price for comfort and good location.

Rosilda's space is extremely cozy, so cozy that it has already become a rule to stay there whenever I go to Palmas.. always clean, comfortable, well maintained and the location is great, very close to the waterfront!!

Carlos was extremely attentive and helpful, we arrived late in Palmas and Carlos organized everything until we entered the apartment, the view from the double room is perfect, at sunset it looks like a painting, it's so perfect, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely return.
