Guests LOVE this condo! It's completely updated and very modern!. Enjoy 2 larger TV's, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea. 1-bedroom with a King size bed, plus a new pull-out couch.. all new (not yet shown in pics)!

All furnishings are new including the patio set for the covered terrace. "In unit" washer and dryer facility. The unit is on the main floor and has everything you need: linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, coffee maker, blender, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs and cooler.
