Thank you for such a lovely home to enjoy while vacationing in Florida. We will look to reserve the Palmasis Oasis again the next time we visit.

Considering Joanna had 70 reviews with all 5 stars, naturally, we went in with higher expectations. That said, we were not disappointed. The property is well taken care of inside and out. The amenities were abundant, pool was incredible, location provides privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Joanna was always very quick to answer any question. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The place was perfect and the host was quick and responsive. I recommend big tile for an awesome stay.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

We had a great family vacation at Michelle’s place. The pool was always warm, the game room was fun, and Michelle was very responsive to all my questions. She even went out of her way to make sure my daughter had a high chair.

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé’s quick 3 day stay. It was peaceful, right on the beach, and close enough to downtown that we didn’t mind venturing out a couple times for food and things to do. Most importantly, this was truly the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. I saw people raving about cleanliness in the reviews, but it was truly spotless. It made the stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

A relaxing and peaceful home and neighborhood. Clean environment and access to several restaurants and stores via Instacart and Door Dash. Convenient to Rockville!

Tom and Diane have such a fun place to stay! I’ve always wanted an Airstream and now I want one even more. They thought of every detail in what a visitor would like to have. The outdoor shower was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Location is outstanding if you want easy access to St. Augustine and area beaches. This house is almost in middle of St. Augustine and Daytona, which makes both places about 30 minutes away. The house is nice and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we interacted with were real nice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

Corey's place was a great rental. Located on a quiet residential street, a short walk to the beach-no crossing A!A! Everything was as described and Corey quickly answered any questions I had. It is clear Corey cares about his guests' experience from the high end hot tub, 2 types of coffee makers, great beach gear ( we brought are own because most rentals have dismal equipment) , soft bath towels, plush beach towels, smoothie blender and the list could go on! We planned to use the nice grill but cooked in the well equipped kitchen instead due to nightly rain showers. We bought a lovely piece of grouper fish at the local seafood store and I was able to prepare a dinner I was proud of because of the quality knives and cooking utensils in Corey's kitchen! The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the house! Thank you Corey for keeping your guests in mind with this home. We hope to make this our go to rental next time we visit Palm Coast- this was our 2nd time in 6 months!

It was so nice to have the pool area, we spent 99% of our time there outside. I don't actually think we sat in the livingroom at all, even though it was beautiful. The pool man and the pest guy came while we were there, and they were quick quiet and efficient. They never came inside, and they were super quiet. We actually forgot there were neighbors at one point. there is a grocery store and shopping center really close the the house which made everything easy. We split the house with my sister and her husband and daughter. The girls loved their room. It was such a great experience.

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron. The property was just as described. Most importantly, it was clean. Greg answered all our questions. The process to purchase and use the heater for the jacuzzi was easy. The check out process was easy.

Darrel's place was truly a home away from home. It was comfortable and so very quiet. It gave us the perfect getaway with our friends. Everything listed on the Airbnb site is accurate. The coffee bar is a great touch as is the gas firepit. There are plenty of beach chairs and bikes in the garage too! The location makes it easy to get to Flagler (a visit to High Tides @ Snack Jacks is a must) and also to St. Augustine where there is so much to see and do. We would definitely go back to Serenity.

Lovely stay and excellent host

This place was amazing, we had so much room, we stayed here for Rockville and we will be trying to stay here every year. There was not one item that this place didn’t already have. The last minute things you forget don’t worry they are fully prepared. The place is decorated so nice it looks good and it’s functional. We all enjoyed this place, by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

Beautiful home with ample room, in an equally beautiful neighborhood! Our family felt comfortable and safe during our 8 day stay, and the kids quite enjoyed the local wildlife as we saw a few neighborhood squirrels, a hawk, turtle, raccoon & a deer who wandered through the front yard one night! . The hosts thought of everything from extra linens, toiletries, pool toys and family games to suggestions for local attractions! Hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our booking process and stay. We would definitely stay here again during any future trips to Palm Coast.

We were only in town for the night to sleep but - the house was stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay. The beds were nice and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms really put off some air! Great for the hot weather. The neighborhood was quiet.

We had the best time at Taylor’s rental. The house was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors were very nice and respectful. The house itself was perfect and clean with very comfy beds. We felt right at home from the beginning and so did our pup. The pool was a huge plus and we spent tons of time in the outdoor spaces. Quick drive to everything you need including stores and the beach. Short drive to saint Augustine as well if you want to see the historic sites. Taylor was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions before we arrived making check in a breeze. We would love to stay at this rental again if we are ever in the Palm Coast!
