NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.

Please note that there is no air-conditioning; however the room is on the ground floor of the house, it is not directly exposed to sun, it has massive walls so it doesn´t get hot there. Street parking is available free of charge. There is also no possibility to barbecue. You should have a car while in Novigrad -public transport is not good!
