όμορφο σπίτι, πεντακάθαρο ότι πρέπει για ένα ζευγάρι που θέλει να μείνει στη καρδιά το π. Φαλήρου κοντά στη μαρίνα Φλοίσβου . το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα από ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και οικιακό εξοπλισμό πολύ καλή επιλογή.

For us, it was one of the best trips ever😌 even though we had only 4 days in Athens, it immediately felt like home🤗 can’t wait to go back🤭🙏

Πολύ καθαρό περιβάλλον ποιοτικό συντονισμένη και η παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα και συγκοινωνίες και σε χώρους αναψυχής. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ ωραιο διαμέρισμα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του και με το παραπάνω

Perfect stay. Great location with sea view. Right in the Centre of Glyfada. A few minutes walking from main shopping street with restaurants and bars around. Veronica was very responsive and helpful. Clean and spacious one bedroom with small balcony off the living room and bedroom. Would stay again.

Ένα χρόνο μετά την πρώτη φιλοξενία στο σπίτι της Esra, επιστρέψαμε για τρίτη φορά, γνωρίζοντας ότι οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Για άλλη μια φορά, η πάντα διαθέσιμη και φιλική Esra φρόντισε για ένα φιλόξενο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (εκτός από τα βασικά λάδι, ξύδι, μπαχαρικά, είχε ακόμα διαθέσιμα υλικά όπως μακαρόνια, αλεύρι κτλ), δύο καθαρά μπάνια και έναν γενικά ήσυχο χώρο. Χαιρόμαστε να επιστρέφουμε!

Stelios has a great place to stay at by the sea in Athens. The place is as good as described. Located 15 min to Athens (city center) by taxi. The right getaway from the busy streets of Athens. Great host 👍

The place was beautiful. It was so amazing for me and my group of friends. The area it was located was phenomenal and he was really accommodating with us needing to drop our bags off early. Really special place would absolutely visit it again.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

By far, this was the most pleasant experience my family has ever had at a vacation rental. As an airbnb host myself, I didn't realize how much a host can improve the quality of the trip! Not only was this home everything and more that you expect from the beautiful listing, but the host's whole family came together to create a memorable and once in a lifetime experience for my family. We were so touched by their friendliness, generosity, and hospitality. The home itself was much bigger than I expected, with 5 separate bedrooms with stunning water views. The town of Lavrio is just a 5 minute drive away and is the cutest town to buy fresh fruit and veggies, as well as fresh caught fish. We also had the best iced coffee from the different cafes in town. We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed just the right amount of touristy attractions and beach lounging. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Beautiful house with incredible view and wonderful hostess

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στην περιγραφή και στις φωτογραφίες, το σπίτι πολύ άνετο για 4 άτομα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο!ήταν πολύ κοντά στην παραλιακή και σε πολλά μαγαζιά και είχε πολύ ησυχία!!τέλος η Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα και απαντούσε πάντα γρήγορα και με σαφήνεια!!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how well everything worked out. My Wife was thrilled I found this place! Our hostess was super friendly and gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do and places to see. If you love coffee, amazing pastries and Mediterranean food, it’s everywhere and all only a short walk away. This little apartment has views of the port that are second to none and air conditioning on both levels. A motorized window shade keeps the bedroom private and offers an incredible sunrise view if that’s your thing. Multiple options for public transportation are just a short walk away. Taxis, buses, light rail and the subway. This is definitely a place you should consider if Athens is part of your European adventure.

Hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs à chacune de nos questions ou demande (elles nous ont aidés pour réserver des taxis vans). Nous avions même un petit cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivee. L emplacement est bien avec le tram accessible à quelques pas. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants), bien installés : 2 chambres avec lit double et un des enfants sur le grandcanapé . L'appartement était propre nous n avions rien à faire à l arrivée comme pour notre départ. Air conditionné, équipements tels que décrits dans l annonce. Je recommande !

My mom and I miss this stay so much already! It was the perfect size for us and in an easy location to get to the tram, taxi, and even some easy Resturaunts like vasillis nearby. There is also a cafe about a 7 minute walk by the marina. Shopping center for groceries is also close. The room was secure and anything we needed George was there for us! Definitely would stay again

Unser Aufenthalt mit drei Kindern bei Jeanine diesen Herbst war wundervoll. Das Appartment hält, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Es ist schön und ruhig gelegen, alles, was man braucht fußläufig zu erreichen, sogar Kinderarzt und Apotheke direkt um die Ecke zu finden; und nah am Meer und Strand, mit dem Bus/Bahn schnell in der Stadt. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit Kindern benötigten. Zudem war der Kontakt zu Jeanine äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und immer prompt. Einen Aufenthalt bei ihr können wir nach dieser Erfahrung nur empfehlen - es war wirklich schön!

My stay at Baran's AirBnB apartment in Paleo Faliro was exceptional. The location is the absolute best feature, just 2 blocks from the beach and a very short walk (less than 5 min) to the tram that takes you to the centre of Athens (Syntagma Square). This is a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few shops and cafes ... within a 5 minute walk the sea and within 10-15 minutes a more vibrant, lively community with many shops, restaurants and cafes (including Starbucks, lol!). The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable for 1-2 guests and the location is truly exceptional. Thank you Baran for a wonderful stay ... I look forward to returning next year!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfait à proximité de la mer et d’une rue vivante où se trouve boutiques, bars et restaurants. L’accès à Athènes se fait facilement en bus. Lia et son mari sont des hôtes de qualité qui ont su nous donner toutes les informations et conseils en amont pour préparer notre séjour. Un grand merci à eux.
