Vacation rentals with a patio in Pak Kret District

Come here to see the treasure concert, it is very close to the impact, but I still take a taxi every day for about 60 baht, the host is very friendly!The information is very specific, and all questions are answered well, especially warm, praise...

100 stars to the host and this accomodation. Peaceful and quiet location with a friendly local shop/bar across the road, shop owners Mee and Pon always had great recommendations for local markets and temples. The staff and host at Lantern Suites are so kind, helpful and welcoming, the accomodation is immaculately clean and comfortable. A little far from some destinations but everything is reachable by grab car or bike and there are also bus routes near by. I will definitely come back here to stay again, it was perfect really thank you Ka 🙏

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. I like that it has a smart TV, washing machine, microwave. Very convenient. Very large sofa bed.

If you do not care about the central busy area, then this location is fine as it is in the northern part of Bangkok. We visited in the hottest season, the shower water is too hot. We got unexpected smell in the ground floor room and I do not know the source is. Maybe from the surrounding? The host is so friendly and helpful and responsive. The price is very worth.

The place is walkable to the Impact Arena (around 1.5 km) and easy to grab taxi or bike taxi to get to the place. Would recommend to anyone who want to attend the events at the Impact Arena. There are 7-11 and restaurants in the area. The house is spacious enough for 5 of us. We enjoyed our time here.

Tan's place was just what we needed. We scored a last minute reservation and Tan was very responsive and helpful even during the aftermath of the earthquake. He answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease during a stressful time!

Very good place for very good price. Although the place was compact, all electronics worked surprisingly well. Wifi, washing machine, and warm water, all worked better than in any other condo I rented before. Big malls are also nearby, about 10 minutes with grab. Cozy place, not too loud enviornment outside while still accessible. The only negative thing worthy of mentioning is there were sometimes rats in the garbage room (not in the condo), and during the nights you could hear something moving on the inside of the roofs, likely the rats. If this would bother you as a potential guest, I suggest double-checking with the host if the rat situation has improved. Despite the rats and the roof sounds, this place was still overall a great 5/5 from me.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Usa is a great host with perfect hospitality. She was very responsive and provided helpful instruction for self-check-in. The room is clean with nice decoration. It is fully equipped with all the ammenities. The fridge, microwave and fan are new. I have a pleasant stay and would come back again.

The apartment was better than our expectations. Spotlessly clean , cozy & great location with markets & 7/11 in either direction. Petcharat was always responsive to messages & the check in was very easy. There’s a 24 hour friendly security guard at the front door to help!

Thank you to Hermione and the team for a wonderful stay! Wonderful view of the river on the 18th floor! Clean and tidy little apartment that had everything we needed. The pool on the 60th floor is the best we've ever seen! We would be glad to come back thanks to it! The pool on the 8th floor is also worth mentioning! Good for exercise swimming! About 50 meters long. It was slightly warmer than the one on the roof. It was a dream to swim in it when it was pouring rain. Nice communication with Hermione. She was so helpful and sweet and we were lucky to meet her. Really recommend staying here!! Please note that it is located on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 25-45 minutes by car to Icon Siam depending on the traffic but the MRT train is a 12-minute walk from the apartment. We stayed here for 3 nights and took the opportunity to swim, go to the gym and eat food from Tonsak market 5 minutes outside. So much variety and cheap food. We'd be happy to come back and stay. Book!
