Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Loft with magnificent view, quiet, near Parc Expo Rennes

The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.

La Hutte de Merlin, Farmhouse

Private studio in a stone farmhouse on the edge of Brocéliande forest, 3 km from Merlin's Tomb, the Fountain of Youth, the Oak of Hindrés and Comper Castle. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, calm, forest, countryside, the animals of our farm and of course the energies of Brocéliande. Pets welcome upon request. 30 kilometers from Rennes, the house is close to Brocéliande Forest, a short walk from the Fountain of Youth and Merlin's Tomb. Great for a nature stay, combining proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the magic of the Wolf Chamber Valley. Lake Trémelin and its water activities are 5 kilometers away. The house is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids).
