The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
