Vacation rentals with a patio in Paget Parish

This airbnb is a steal due to the combination of accessibility to public transit, promixity to restaurants and grocery stores (all within a few minutes walking distance) plus the view. Because you're right next to the water, you have a built in fishing hole. It's located on a major bus route so you have no problems getting to all areas of the island. There's also laundry facilities, a small lounge area and access to snorkeling gear. Amanda and Barry were super friendly, attentive and made us feel right at home. Even though they lived nearby, the gave us our space and only came by if we needed assistance. The unit itself is clean, cozy and fully equipped. There's also a wonderful warm breeze when you open the doors and (huge) windows. This was my first time back home in a number of years and I can safely say that this is the perfect spot. Affordable, accessible and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Thank you Amanda and Barry from our family to yours ❤️

I had an extended stay at the property. Nell is an excellent host. She is very responsive and wants to ensure you have a great stay. Beyond that she is a very warm and interesting person who is a pleasure to converse with. She loves the island and can provide any information you are looking for. The place is very peaceful, in a neighborhood with many beautiful trees and friendly people. My resting heartbeat literally dropped by 5 beats a minute during my relaxing time there. I highly recommend the apartment and Nell as a host.

We where looking for a quiet place, off the beaten path. It was peaceful, the cliff diving and snorkeling was fun. A great view and bbq every night. Local grocery store within walking distant and easy to get a cab to hit anywhere on the island. Enjoyed our stay.

Maria was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even offered to pick us up from another Airbnb location and was always happy to help with any questions we had. It was especially thoughtful of her to offer us a lift when we needed to go somewhere nearby. The apartment we rented was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was excellent—fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, with all kind of appliances. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like hairspray and aloe vera, yoga mats. The large pool was very beautiful. Taking a swim after the beach was amazing! The property sits on a hill, offering spectacular views of Bermuda. We also used the barbecue when we wanted to cook outside. Another highlight was the access to a private beach—it was wonderful. It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill. We truly had a wonderful experience! Thank you Maria and Craig and your beautiful family!

Very comfortable and clean home, perfect for traveling with a baby. Exactly as described. Alex and Sarah were kind enough to let us borrow beach umbrellas, towels, mat, baby items for sleep, bathing and feeding! We did have to rely on taxis since the area is not very walkable (limited sidewalks), but once we figured out how to arrange them it was very easy.

What a beautiful location! We saw whales while sitting at our breakfast table gazing out over the ocean! The beach, although a bit lengthy walk, was beautiful and worth every step it took to get there. Very private, incredible views in every direction and nice chairs waiting for us! Malcom's father, Van, was our 'go to' guy for our visit. He answered all questions, was very helpful and took care of any requests we had. The cottage was clean, the linens were spotless and we had most everything we needed. The use of the washer and dryer was great and allowed us to pack light. The pool was clean and welcoming. It was a bit chilly to swim, but the view of the ocean was beautiful from the pool area. We rented an electric car, and having a charger on site was convenient. We were 20 min from the dock yard, and 5 minutes from a grocery store, and there are beautiful beaches all along our most traveled routes. Bermuda is beautiful, and Malcom's cottage was the perfect place!

We stayed here in April 2025 and loved Belinda's place. First of all, the location is great: in a nice neighborhood, a few steps to the nearest bus stop, and a grocery store in easy walking distance. And it feels like right in the "middle" of everything, so whichever way you are headed on the island, it's never very far to your destination. The view from the window/yard is truly gorgeous. The place is perfect for 1-2 people (mom and kid in our case; or for a couple). It is small but well organized and equipped, and there's plenty of outdoor seating too. The bed is really comfortable (which should not be taken for granted!). All the instructions and information were very clear and informative, and Belinda was always super quick to get back to us. Definitely would love to come back!

I had a very comfortable stay. This was my first trip to Bermuda, and I had many questions, but the host, Mr. Love, responded promptly and helpfully each time, which I truly appreciated. Although I hardly saw Mr. Love or his spouse during my stay, communication through the Airbnb app was smooth and completely hassle-free. I think this place is ideal for anyone who values a good balance of privacy. I was also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift and note at the beginning of my stay—it was a lovely gesture that reflected Mr. Love’s attention to detail. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The home I stayed in appears to be relatively new by Bermuda standards and was reasonably priced. If I return to Bermuda, I would happily stay at Mr. Love’s place again. I’d like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks once more for his kind hospitality.

Allison and Aaron were great hosts, totally responsive though working two jobs full days. I was there on a solo retreat for two weeks and lacked for nothing for my reading and writing project. The place was spacious enough to spread out, open a yoga mat, a sofa for naps, very comfortable bed, and a kitchen where I could have all the meals inside that I needed to. Best was a pretty direct walk straight up the hill and straight down the other side in 25 minutes to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Or, on lazy days just to sit in the breeze under the trees on the lawn. The bus stop, a grocery store (and diner) 500 yards away on Middle Road was very walkable with the groceries. I highly recommend and would be fine for a couple.

We spent two amazing weeks at Sun Valley Road. Our hosts, Glen and Nicola, were incredibly warm and welcoming – always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Nicola even came to pick us up when no taxis were available! The Airbnb was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with a private and enclosed outdoor entertainment area. Each day after exploring the Island and beaches, we loved relaxing there at night, turning on the fairy lights, enjoying dinner and drinks while listening to the beautiful sounds from the tiny native frogs. Our hosts were very informative with great local knowledge and advice. The Airbnb is ideally located: a short walk down to the beautiful Warwick Long Beach, Jobson’s Cove and Horseshoe Beach and to bus stops allowing access to the Dockyard, Hamilton and St George’s. Communication w John was fantastic. We loved where the house was located if you’re looking to explore both ends of the island. Not far from the airport as well. There aren’t too many places that are walkable but jumping on the bus or ordering a taxi is very easy. I was a little bummed the ladder into the water is no longer there which makes it a bit more difficult to get in and out to swim but it’s doable. We liked The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one end which was perfect for my wife, son and myself and the other bedroom is on the other side of the house upstairs with its own bath so my mother had her own separate space. John was an excellent host and very responsive. We would stay here again and will be back to Bermuda in the future. Oh and the sunsets are unreal! Thanks John!

This charming and inviting Bermudian home, Pembroke Villa, offered plenty of room and beds, a well-appointed kitchen and a lovely property. They even added a twin bed for our group of six to make our stay even more comfortable. Having arrived the day before Bermuda Day, gave us a chance to watch the Marathon which passed near the house in the morning. We happily joined the groups cheering on their most fit Bermudians! Afternoon brought the parade where we again saw so many people enjoying the day together. Access to Hamilton was good this time of year and the grocery store around the corner was very helpful. From start to finish my visit was perfect. A perfect getaway for singles and couples. Nothing better than waking up and having coffee sitting outside overlooking the sound. The fotos and unit are exactly as advertised. Susan is a great host... Would definitely come back.

Beautiful house, good for a medium-sized group. Separate pool and pool house space were great to have, and secret little beach was fun as well. Great views. A little tricky to find / get picked up from without a car, but worth it if you want something out of town for a little more space.

Erica was a top tier host! Super host level. I stay at air bnbs often but this was honestly one of the, if not thee best one I’ve stayed at. The pics do the place no justice, because it is a beauty! It’s about a 30 min drive from the airport, but 15 min. drive to rent the electric buggies m (only island residents can rent gasoline vehicles). Then 15 min ride to the residence. It has a private entrance and shared pool area but she makes sure you feel right at home and doesn’t bother you. I felt like I was bothering her asking for help or recommendations but she was always willing and able to help. She gave amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to make the place feel like home. The views of the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is the icing on the cake. Just respect her home, and space as if it’s yours and your stay will be top tier.

We felt right at home! Michelle surprised us with snacks and food after a late flight which was nice. Also she left out toys for our baby which was really nice and the baby loved it. All worked out perfect, very clean air bb and perfect lay out for a small family like ours. Very easy to find and check in . The best host yet, was very nice and accommodating. Balcony was very nice to relax and have dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Great location mid island close to beautiful south coast beaches and overlooking lovely Evan’s Bay. Wonderful hosts with excellent communication and Bermuda hospitality who provide everything from bus tkts to snorkel gear and kayaks to lots of helpful local tips. The apartment is equipped with everything you’ll need. Thank you Rosalyn and Marshall for a wonderful wk. We can’t wait to return!

Great location and super host. Always communicated with us if we needed assistance to make the stay better. Super accomodation with loads of space. Breathtaking view of Bermuda sunsets and convenience! I would highly recommend visiting Bermuda and stay here!

We just stayed at this lovely 3-bedroom Airbnb in Spanish Point and it was the perfect home base. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s huge and looks like the photos. The location is close to Admiralty House Park—just a short walk away. It’s a beautiful, less touristy spot that we highly recommend visiting. The neighborhood is fairly close to Hamilton. Our host was responsive and friendly, making check-in easy. It’s a great place to stay. Thank you Coral

I am local and wanted to spend my 40th birthday in a place that felt away from reality. This home bought peace, tranquility and serenity. It had the most beautiful view, it’s not far from any restaurant, grocery store or beach. The home smelled so fresh, it was spotless and very modern.
