Στο εσωτερικό, θα βρείτε ένα αυθεντικό λάξευμα στον βράχο, φωτισμένο διακριτικά, που αποκαλύφθηκε και αναδείχθηκε κατά την προσεγμένη αναπαλαίωση του χώρου.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Amazing view

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Sonnenseite is ideal for families with children and friends due to its spaciousness. Every apartment unit contains a separate patio and can be pleasantly inhabited alone or in couples. The courtyard with a beautiful sea view is entwined with flowers. The spacious terrace offers individual seating comfort and sun loungers. Hugh old oak trees give shade for relaxation. Impressive landscapes, crystal clear waters, beautiful beaches, sun and tranquillity in all seasons.
