Lovely peaceful get away from it all in an area of natural outstanding beauty, yet just ten minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, with all the culture, bars, restaurants and shops. The pretty village of Lamberhurst has lots of pubs to offer, with top quality food and local ales. Trains to London are 1 hour from Frant station. Nearby attractions include Scotney Castle, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum.

We had high hopes due to the images on here and reviews, and our expectations were definitely exceeded! The cabin is decorated so nicely and is entirely pristine! It’s so cosy and this is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking to switch off from everything and take a well deserved break! The outside seating area is a lovely little sun spot with wonderful views of the lake and surrounded fields and forests. There’s lovely little touches inside with DVD’s and board games provided as well as fresh milk in the fridge and some biscuits. Fern’s hospitality was great from start to finish. She came and introduced herself once we got settled in and it made us feel even more at home! Thank you for an incredible stay. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone!”
Detached cabin at end of our garden. Fully equipped perfect for overnight stay. 20 minutes walk from both Hildenborough and Tonbridge train stations perfect place to stop over for a trip to London. Close to the lovely Kent countryside.

The cabin was warm and welcoming on a cold night with a notably comfortable mattress & thoughtful touches like water and orange juice in the fridge + tea, coffee and biscuits available. A stylish retreat in the heart of the Kent countryside. Distinctive and inviting accommodation looking out over a large field. Open plan, wooden interior with netflix and internet. It is in the middle of countryside and yet only 40 minutes by train from London. Very private and secluded with its own garden. Help yourself to vegetables from the garden. Prime location for visiting spectacular selection of English castles and gardens; Sissinghurst, Leeds, Ightham Mote, Scotney and Great Dixter.

Philippa was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable with the place. The place is so well maintained. Very clean and has all the amenities one would need. Very comfortable bed. We did binge watching on Netflix the host provided us with on her Tv. Good value for money, has couple of good pubs near by. We don’t drive but had cab services available with 10 mins lead time. The best part of the stay was the rustic look of the interiors which are exactly the same as shown in the pictures. We plan to go back again soon and my wife has already looked at other properties managed by the host.”
