Walking distance, 10 min, to the train station with in progress to Helsingborg and on to the continent. The cottage is 25 m2 + sleeping loft. Two beds in the loft and two in sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, microwave. Bathroom with large shower. Patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. The cottage has TV and free Wi-Fi. Cleaning is included as well as sheets and towels. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our charming apartment in the guesthouse on the farm with nature and the farm's life around the corner. The farm is located next to Påarp where you can get into Helsingborg by train. By car, you can take you in ten minutes either into the city of Helsingborg, a beach on Råå or to Vasatorps golf course. The apartment is open plan and has a balcony next to the entrance. Plan 1 innefattar egen entré, litet kök och wc samt dusch. Plan 2 innefattar 2 rum. (1 sovrum med dubbelsäng + 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng plus enkelsäng + tv + soffa) Gäster -> antal rum: 1-3 pers -> stora rummet 4-5 pers -> stora rummet + lilla rummet Fri parkering såklart och möjlighet att ladda elbil (mot liten avgift) finns.

Close to Malmö (60 km) and Copenhagen (100 km). The price includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Excessive dirt will result in an additional charge.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Enjoy nature's spectacle on the front row. In this unique and quiet cottage with the sea as a neighbor, relaxation is guaranteed. The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simpler dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge zone as well as dining area and barbeque. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
