Aat's house

Mummolat vibe near Aavasaksanvaara near the Swedish border. Well-equipped 1950s cozy front manga-style house. The house has a pirtti with a well-stocked kitchen, one bedroom, and a sauna department. The sauna section of the house has a chamber with overnight accommodation and a very good wood-burning sauna. The sauna wing was built in the 70s and the surfaces of the sauna and washroom have been renovated in the spring of 2023. Sleeps for max. 5 people. Dog guests are also welcome for an additional fee

Cottage in the Arctic Circle!

The house is in a particularly quiet village of Juokseng on the Swedish side of Tornionjoki. Suitable for families, fishermen, snowmobilers, berry pickers, skiers, hikers or people who just like nature. The yard is big for outdoor games and the beach is nearby. There are also skiing centers within a 12-20 km radius. The river is less than 1 km away. The village store is approx. 1 km. There is another cottage in the same yard that can also be rented.The sauna is shared by both cabins, if agreed.

Welcome to 'Lapland Lights' - our cosy cottage in the friendly village of Svanstein, 10km north of the Arctic Circle. Stunningly located on the shore of lake Kuittasjärvi, Lapland Lights is a peaceful base for fishing and outdoor adventures in summer, and for skiing, husky tours and reindeer safaris in the winter. And, of course, ideal for spotting the Northern Lights! The house is newly renovated and in the outbuilding is a traditional wood-fired sauna with gorgeous views over the river.

You can see Torne river and hear the rapids.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a sympathetic 1811 log cabin. Renovated with modern amenities v.2021. New sauna/toilet and barbecue area and sauna terrace in the yard . After the sauna, drop off the beach in the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, another sauna and a lot, can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo for grilling and a rowing boat. Idyllinen pieni saunallinen hirsimökki, yksityisellä lammen rannalla. Sijaitsee rauhallisessa kylässä napapiirillä. Mökki sijaitsee lähellä hiljaista tietä, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Pihassa saattaa vierailla kettu, jänis tai vaikka poro. Mökki sijaitsee tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa kylässä järvineen, kukkuloineen ja harjuineen. Poro- ja huskyfarmeja lähialueella.
