A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful house in Eefde! The accommodation is not only super stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also incredibly cozy – you immediately feel at home. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly prepared. Surrounded by fields, you really live in the middle of nature and can enjoy the absolute peace. Never before have I experienced an accommodation that was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! We were particularly enthusiastic about the loving, local welcome gifts such as fresh apple juice, beer and homemade jam – such a warm gesture! The hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. For us, it was an all-around perfect experience, and we would come back anytime. Thank you, Aljanneke! 🤗

We had a great time in Epe, a very relaxing environment with a beautiful house. 2 Bedrooms with double beds, lovely terrace and a wonderful hot tub. You can order breakfast and also get some of the farm life if you want. There are cats running around, donkeys in front of the cottage and next to it there is a shop that is open 24/7. We will definitely come back!

A lovely place with plenty of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are really added value. We enjoyed ourselves every second.

Lovely spacious house for 6 people with a nice view at the back. There is a roll-up gate in the shed in front of you if you have dogs with you, so they can run into the garden. We had a great time!

This cottage is a very special place. It is located in the middle of the forest, quiet, surrounded by birdsong, even deer have met us. It's just nice and especially to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the surroundings. I am very grateful for all the amenities we found: Everything is really thought of. We have a lovely stay! The cottage is very cozy. Everything has been thought of! The jacuzzi was also really enjoyable. Lovely on the water. Unfortunately, it was not really back to sail but we could dock the boat at the house! If you have any questions, you'll be answered. Highly recommended to book. And wonderful to enjoy!

We had a lovely stay at Mirte's. She always advised us very kindly and promptly when we had questions about the accommodation or surroundings. The place itself was very nice and as described, but unfortunately had a pretty intense, peculiar smell. Regarding cleanliness: It was certainly vacuumed before, but we would not call it really clean. Unfortunately, the cabinets and furniture were also very dusty (hence the smell). But it may also be that we are a bit peculiar, as we come from the cleaning industry. All in all, we still found the stay pleasant because it is a very quiet location in the forest and we are real nature lovers. The only thing you should really change is a way to reach the accommodation directly by car. Currently, you have to walk about 150m to the hut and this can be really tedious depending on the amount of luggage (as in our case).

All the positive reviews can only be agreed with. We were guests with 10 adults. For this, the house is well and tastefully furnished and the kitchen is suitably equipped. However, the upper rooms are quite small and low. And with only two bathrooms, you have to organize a little with 10 adults at first. We felt very comfortable in the quiet and scenic surroundings with beautiful hiking and cycling trails and enjoyed the long weekend at Erve Luttinghengel.

Guus and Betty are super nice people with a warm character. It feels familiar and safe to stay with them on the property. In addition, they are also cozy people with whom you can have enriching conversations. The space and nature gave a lot of tranquility. I enjoyed my stay very much!

beautiful, spacious space that gave you the feeling of experiencing an old farm. for some reason I had understood that there was no kitchen, or possibility to make breakfast, but there was just an extensive kitchen, so better than expected. beautiful quiet area, the cottage is located on a garden and special is the barn that turned out to be an old steel ship's cabin. What a peaceful, relaxing place! Very private, spacious and super clean. The hosts were very responsive. And the saunas are fantastic!! Easy 5 min bike ride into the beautiful town and to the supermarket. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Suze-An is very friendly, and has a nice chat when you feel like it. The cottage itself has a very spacious living room. Everything you need during your vacation is present, including super good wifi, toilet paper, towels, garbage bags, hand soap, salt etc. The showpiece is the huge garden, with lovely grass to lie in, a trampoline, a sandpit, and a nest swing. And animal friends also come to their liking: cats, dog, sheep, chickens, horses and deer.

We stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the forest, in peace and quiet. Swimming pool and playground around the corner, but unfortunately too bad weather to enjoy it. Parking space in front of the door and a beautiful private garden (where we spotted squirrels!) with outdoor furniture. Inside the cottage, it is spotless and really everything is present: from a fully equipped kitchen and a nice shower to a full closet full of books, toys, DVDs and a bed and high chair for our baby. Beautiful decor full of details. Relax in all luxury; you can do that in the accommodation of Berrie and Brenda. Highly recommended!

I would happily recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Even just walking onto the property we found it to be stunning! So beautiful and artistic inside and out. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and made a beautiful meal that we ate together at the table. So gezellig!

Absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful location. We had travelled as a family of 3 with a 12 year old. Communication and booking was quick and clear with Rose and the cabin was absolutely cosy. There is a reserved parking just in front of the entrance to the cabin. The cabin is well furnished and neat and beds are cosy as well. Will definitely recommend to all to plan this stay in their list.
