I rent a guest house (annex) with independent entrance from the main house. It has a balcony, double bedroom (9,30m2), smart TV, sky prepaid (digital package), large bathroom, equipped kitchen. A few meters from the shallow beach/manguinhos, the condominium has a club with swimming pools, sauna and ôfuro (6th to Sunday), as well as sports courts and lake. Parking available at the front of main house. Bring your bed and bath linens for added hygiene, or if you prefer, we'll make ours available.

Superior suite with a double bed and a loft bed with two single suites. Second suite with a double bed. The living room sofa is also a sofa bed.

They are en-suites with a furnished balcony with a double bed, minibar, fan. The bathroom is electric shower. Indoor parking.

The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years. There are stairs that provide access to the home as well . You can drop your bags off before or after the check in and check out time.
