Alugo guest house (annex) with independent entrance to the main house. It has a balcony, double bedroom (9,30m2), smart TV, sky prepaid (digital package), large bathroom, equipped kitchen. A few meters from the shallow beach/manguinhos, the condominium has a club with swimming pools, as well as sports courts and a lake. Parking is available at the front of the main house. Feel free to bring your bed and bath linens for greater hygiene, or if you prefer, we will provide ours.

The Chalet is a simple accommodation, but with great location. Close to markets, bars, restaurants. Praia do Forte is just 8 minutes walk, as well as the hippie market and the water park. Downtown and the city's bus station are also very close to the property. The cottages are inside a shared lot with 4 cottages and a main house. They are en-suites with a furnished balcony with a double bed, minibar, fan. The bathroom is electric shower. Indoor parking.

The place is in the center of Arraial do Cabo. The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years. There are stairs that provide access to the home as well . You can drop your bags off before or after the check in and check out time.
