The house is exactly as shown in the photos, well decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of upon our arrival. The location is also excellent, and Shayder was very helpful throughout the stay. I definitely recommend it.

Simply wonderful! The house is complete, cozy, super well-equipped and with a breathtaking view! The warm whirlpool was a real haven, perfect for relaxing. Elisete's affection and attention made all the difference — always helpful, welcoming and available to help with anything. My family and I spent an unforgettable weekend, enjoying every corner of the house and also everything the city has to offer. It's a place full of charm, with many delicious options to do nearby. You can feel the care and attention to detail in every aspect of the house. We're already in the mood to come back! I recommend it with my eyes closed. 🌟

The host, Grandpa Paulo, was very friendly from the beginning! He clarified all doubts about the place, from the details of the accommodation to the route. Initially, when you arrive at the place, you are dazzled by so much natural beauty and a beautiful view of the mountain. Emphasize the kindness of Grandpa Paulo in welcoming us with a contagious smile and several treats. The Leisure area is wonderful. It has a large space with a heated pool. Even in this winter season, I was able to enjoy it a lot. The whole area, besides being well cared for, is well fenced, I was able to relax and let my pet feel at ease! We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. In addition to a lot of Beauty, Tranquility and Privacy, the Environment is very clean and organized.

The house is excellent, well located, clean, has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, the towels and linens are very good. Silvio is extremely attentive and helpful, gave local tips, responded quickly and gave us flexibility with check-in and check-out. The suite has a beautiful view! I would just suggest adding a full-length mirror

Wonderful accommodation. The place was exactly like the photos, very beautiful, whirlpool working perfectly, wonderful landscape. We were very surprised by the cleanliness of the cottage, we arrived and everything was very fragrant. High-quality bed and bath linens. VERY nicely decorated and pleasant space, nice balcony to rest in the hammock and sunbathe. For those who don't know, there are some restaurant/pizzeria contacts that deliver there, important information if you don't know what to eat/take. We left with renewed energy! Communication with Luciana was great, she's very nice! They answered all our questions quickly. We liked it a lot and will definitely be back!!

Our experience at Chez Chalet was wonderful from start to finish! We were greeted with great cordiality by the host, who, in addition to being friendly, provided us with excellent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in Lavras Novas. The cottage is charming, well cared for and with a structure designed for comfort. It has two heaters and a cozy fireplace, ideal for the mild climate of the region. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep. The entire chalet has a heated water system, and the shower is excellent. But the high point of the stay was undoubtedly the ofurô: spacious, with water always at the ideal temperature, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend and we certainly hope to return!

Solange is very helpful, the space is very cozy, only the shower that didn't heat up much, but otherwise everything was great. I'll be back other times for sure.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary on the long holiday and spent incredible days in this place! All the details were thought out so that we could have a memorable experience. The place is stunning and super cozy. Not to mention the breathtaking panoramic view. Thais is an excellent host, who showed a lot of affection and concern throughout our stay. He was always available, and gave us several options for local restaurants. Aline welcomed us with great affection and kindness.

Easy to access, quiet and safe location! Ihasmin made herself available all the time and all the instructions were clear! It's definitely on our list of places to return to! I'm speechless, super satisfied because the place matches what was presented to us, unparalleled tranquility, a pleasant atmosphere and a wonderful landscape. Thaís was super receptive and guided us/gave us great tips on places that delivered and to enjoy near the chalet. The house had everything we needed, super-equipped, and prepared to welcome guests. Anyway, I hope to return in the summer to be able to enjoy this paradise even more, the cold kept us more indoors, but other than that, everything was perfect, and besides, she was super flexible and helpful with us, something that I really appreciate too!! 👏🏻

The stay was amazing, the place is just like in the pictures. We had a small issue with the location that is saved here on Airbnb, but Kelly helped us, she was very proactive and helpful. We love it very much and will return soon, everything was wonderful!! And here's the tip: The city is romantic and ideal for a few days off with your partner, and the cottage completes a magical experience.
