Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.

Apartment for 1 - 4 people on the 1st floor of a family home surrounded by greenery with views of Lake Geneva and mountains in a quiet town, very good location close to the city of Lausanne (10 mins). Close to public transport (bus 2 mins) and EPFL École Polytechnique (opposite), SwissTech Convention Center, Rolex Training Center, EPFL Tourism Park and UNIL (University of Lausanne), as well as all food shops.
