Riad vacation rentals in Oued Tensift

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Reginas Dar ist ein wundervoller Ort, um Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Haus ist dafür ideal gelegen, sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen und dennoch völlig ruhig. Zum Jamaa El Fna sind es nur gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Dar selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man zum unbeschwerten Genießen benötigt. Der wunderschöne Pool und die Dachterrasse laden zum unbeschwerten Genießen ein und verströmen ein Gefühl des Luxus. Genau das, was man nach einem langen Tag in den Souks schätzt. Der gesamte Dar ist blitzsauber und in bestem Zustand. Dafür sorgen Regina und Khadija, die immer mit Rat, Tat und Informationen aushelfen, wenn man sie benötigt. Obwohl Regina nicht vor Ort war, hat sie immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Das Frühstück von Khadija war sensationell gut und immer ganz frisch zubereitet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und empfehlen diesen Dar aus voller Überzeugung. Danke für Eure großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

The Riad is charming. It's in an old house but has everything you need and is a quite place in the middle of the hustling medina. Check-in and check-out were went smooth.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Excellent séjour chez Marie! Le Riad est magnifique, très bien organisé avec des chambres parfaites qui ont chacune leur SDB, Le roof top et son bassin sont un vrai plus très très agréable! Bahija est exceptionnelle et c’est très pratique de pouvoir manger parfois sur place La communication avec Marie a été parfaite et très agréable! Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

The Riad is conveniently located and it is beautiful and comfortable. Jamal and Adil, the guide, were both very helpful and friendly. We opted for breakfast service at the Riad and it was excellent. I highly recommend Riad Baraka!

Absolutely stunning place!! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful rooftop and pool. Saloua was an amazing housekeeper. Very responsive and helpful hosts, made it a breeze to get everything into the Medina and Airbnb. All-in-all highly recommended place to stay in the Medina.

The place has a very unique charm. Very nicely decorated, close enough to the Medina. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delightful. Lulua was very hospitable and made us feel right at home.

Something special indeed. Marrakech is a chaotic and in-your-face place, and Francoise’s place is a very chilled place to come back to. One of those Airbnb’s you walk into and go ‘wow, this is all ours?’ We ate out once, but the other two nights just had dinner up on the roof terrace. Housekeeper (Saida)’s tagine is great and as other reviewers say, yes, get her to make it for you one night. She let us watch how she cooked it and gave us a class on how to do it (as well as some saffron boulliabase).

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Marrakech ! Le riad était superbe, parfaitement propre, très bien décoré, et totalement privatisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute intimité. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient spacieuses et impeccables. Notre hôte a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours à l’écoute, réactive, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle s’est occupée de nos transferts avec efficacité et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Absolute bliss! This Riad is perfection. An oasis of calm just minutes walk away from the hectic souks and markets Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed and at peace and ease Fred is a fantastic host and although we didn’t meet through WA he was always available and would regularly check in to ensure there were no issues Fred has a lovely maid (Hanane) who is so friendly and makes the most incredible food we would highly recommend having at least one breakfast and one lunch made by her it was the most delicious food we had during our whole stay in Morocco. We would absolutely love to return and stay again should the opportunity arise Thank you Fred you are a great host

À mon arrivée j étais un peu sceptique concernant le quartier, mais j ai rapidement découvert une vie de quartier authentique et traditionnelle, C est ce qui fait tout le charme de ce Riad : on est plongé au cœur de la vraie vie locale, au plus près des habitants et de leur quotidien.Le Riad en lui même est impeccable très propre, bien entretenu avec une équipe réactive chaleureuse et toujours à l écoute , Les chambres sont confortables et décorées avec goût. Le jacuzzi un vrai plus idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte . Une très belle expérience ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

This is one of the most beautiful villas I’ve ever stayed at!! Truly beautiful and captivating from the get go! Amazing cook and driver, the stars at night time are out of this world! Gregory is a lovely host I definitely recommend this amazing villa. Driver was sorted out for us at all times, we enjoyed the free breakfast and lovely dinner that was available, everything was spot on!
