Great stay at this apartment! I just wanted to thank my host, Moussa, for his hospitality, hospitality and responsiveness! Despite his busy schedule, he was always available to help me. The apartment is exactly as described, very comfortable and in a good location. I would highly recommend this place and especially Moussa's hospitality! Once again, thank you for everything!

Just a few tips that will make life easier; Theres an Al barid bank next to the mcdonalds just up the road. Carrefour is located a few minutes away but theres also other places near by for shopping. Jemma el-fna is a 15-20 minute walk / the weather is beautiful which makes walking pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is great. Everything is close. There is a taxi station just 30 m away. The accommodation itself is impeccable and neat. Apart from some work in the building that may cause a little noise and/or water outage. Everything is great!

The apartment is well located and secure, the neighborhood is quiet, lots of restaurants nearby and a beauty salon and 3 minutes from Place Carré Eden in Guéliz. The interior of the apartment is sumptuous, well decorated and the bedding super comfortable Amine was an amazing host, kind, flexible, helpful, attentive and made us feel comfortable. The accommodation is even better than in the photos: modern decoration, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi is a real joy to relax in, the PS5 clearly added a fun touch to our stay, and the air conditioning makes it even more comfortable. We feel that everything has been thought of in every detail to provide a quality experience. The host was responsive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would recommend it without second thought, and I will come back without hesitation!

For those like me who like to be close to the most beautiful avenue, the best restaurants and places in Marrakech this is the perfect apartment. All within walking distance. For those looking for calm but the street is lively in the evening you can hear traffic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, mentioning + for the hot tub to relax.

The listing is as described and photographed. We stayed there for a week and were able to do all our travel on foot. We were hosted very well and had recommendations about activities to do, etc. I highly recommend this place! Thank you :)

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!
