Beautiful and perfectly located accommodation in Gueliz. Restaurants and bakeries for breakfast or dinner are nearby. Access is very secure and next to the American school, which brings even more Serenity. A downside is the front door, managed by access code, very sensitive which wastes time to enter the home. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Please note, there are works taking place that disrupt the calm from 7 a.m. on weekends as well. Everything else was perfect.

Just a few tips that will make life easier; Theres an Al barid bank next to the mcdonalds just up the road. Carrefour is located a few minutes away but theres also other places near by for shopping. Jemma el-fna is a 15-20 minute walk / the weather is beautiful which makes walking pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is great. Everything is close. There is a taxi station just 30 m away. The accommodation itself is impeccable and neat. Apart from some work in the building that may cause a little noise and/or water outage. Everything is great!

The place was wonderful. The balcony was great. It should be rated as 5 stars resort.

The Residence is close enough to everything to enjoy it but far enough away to be quiet. The convenience store is run by the very nice and helpful Mustapha and the pool is great... an excellent tavern restaurant 50m away. to test Othman, I forgot my cell phone in the bedroom and he was present and super efficient, I got it back 48 hours later! Many thanks to him, if I go back there it will be in the same accommodation! JLUC

For those like me who like to be close to the most beautiful avenue, the best restaurants and places in Marrakech this is the perfect apartment. All within walking distance. For those looking for calm but the street is lively in the evening you can hear traffic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, mentioning + for the hot tub to relax.

The accommodation is even better than in the photos: modern decoration, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The jacuzzi is a real joy to relax in, the PS5 clearly added a fun touch to our stay, and the air conditioning makes it even more comfortable. We feel that everything has been thought of in every detail to provide a quality experience. The host was responsive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would recommend it without second thought, and I will come back without hesitation!

Amazing accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as shown in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you get back after a long day visiting or doing activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need and recommend a great place! I'll come back to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you hesitate to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!
