We had a positive experience staying at this property, which is an authentic Riad-style house. It has a very traditional and rustic charm, designed to reflect the historical architecture of a real Moroccan Medina home. Please note, this is not a modern hotel—so don’t expect the luxury or polish of one. Instead, it’s ideal for those who appreciate cultural authenticity and want to immerse themselves in a more traditional Moroccan atmosphere. We chose this place because we were looking to experience a genuine Riad, and it delivered just that. The location is also quite convenient—within walking distance to local eateries (some meals as affordable as 20 MAD), shopping streets, the taxi stand, Rabat beach, the train station, local stores, and even the airport.

The accommodation was easy to find because it was the entrance to Central Market. The host Ibraham is also friendly and communicative. The room is clean and the bedding is well washed. There is gas to make tea on the rooftop terrace. The bathroom is a little insufficient compared to the number of rooms.

We stayed 2 nights in Marie's Riad. It's a shame we couldn't stay one more night. Maybe next time. Marie was not present during our stay, but the team she put in place to welcome guests was very attentive to us. Extra homemade breakfast on a very nice terrace. We had a very nice room (Bahia Suite), spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. A very pleasant stay to end our first experience in Morocco. I would recommend Marie's Riad Marhaba in a second!

Mehdi was super friendly, the riad is in a perfect location within the medina, very close to touristic spots, the beach and little food shops. We would definitely visit again.

Hajiba and Guy's Riad is located in a beautiful medina on the Sale side of Rabat. The location has an authentic and community feel to it, away from the main tourism sites (although just a short tram ride or boat ride away from them). The interior of the riad is beautiful with it being a newly built Moroccan home in a traditional style with all the amenities you would expect from a modern place - the perfect combination. Hajiba and Guy's hospitality was second to none with no request being too much. They gave guided tours, local recommendations and they made us feel like family. Best airbnb experience by far!

We had a great stay! Arrived late at night and the Riad was able to organize transportation for us from the airport. The taxi drivers son even walked us from the road into the Medina to the Riad so it was clear and easy to find. Would recommend booking transportation through the Riad. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a great night stay and a lovely breakfast in the quaint courtyard in the morning. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Rabat!

That’s probably the best Airbnb in the heart of the Kasbah in Rabat! We arrived very late but Anas arranges us to check in and on the next day he left us check out late as well. The place is very well located, and the best thing is definitely the rooftop terrace where you can see the best view of Rabat.

This is the best Airbnb in Rabat with a great quality price ratio . Rania was helpful . Hamza welcomed us and made us feel at home and was very helpful and friendly . Our room had a private bathroom and was simple, beautiful and peaceful . The riad is beautiful and has a beautiful rooftop with a great view of Rabat. The location is great inside bokroun traditional market. It was a great experience and I recommend it 100% .

Amine was very friendly and flexible, including with regard to the check-in and check-out time. He responded very quickly to messages and had solutions ready for problems. The only negative points: the shared sink could have been cleaner, I would throw away the pan in the kitchen, the coating is completely broken. In addition, fresh cleaning rags, drying towels and dishwashing liquid would be needed in the kitchen so that everything can be left clean again. The location is super pleasant in the Kasbah, you are very quickly at the sea and in the Medina. The value for money is very good. Thanks Amine!

We were welcomed warmly, Very well looked after, such beautiful building and sorroundings, wonderful bed, fabulous sheets and luxury feel bathroom & towels We totally enjoyed our time, a lovely breakfast prepared each morning. A great team, from front of house to back of house. It was lovely to meet Fatiha, she was warm and very welcoming, we had a lovely conversation, also purchased her natural skincare products.

Gilles was an incredible host, very friendly, helpful, always available. Super great talking to him and the other guests. The riad is beautiful, confortable, nice location in Salé, close to the beach and of the boat to Rabat. Khadija prepared an amazing breakfast everyday. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

Wow!! What a beautiful, stunning place , absolutely loved it ❤. Staff was so attentive we also had a massage whuxh was lovely . Ask for help with anything you need and they will do best to sort it out . Nadia was really helpful. Looking at maybe arranging a retreat their next year as hotel and staff really are amazing 💫

The Riad is amazing. We had a lovely welcome with tea and biscuits. The Check-In was very flexible and easy. The rooftop is a great place to chill and it is very quiet although it is in the Medina and in walking distance to a lot of places. The Riad looks great and the rooms are comfortable. In one of the bedrooms there was an unpleasant smell but other than that everything was great.

The airbnb was a great place to stay. Very friendly people who were always eager to help. I have spent my 30th birthday with some friends there. But you should know that you cannot behave the same way like you would in Europe. You have to be careful with alcohol (since it's a muslimic country), loud noises or parties. But Sarah helped us to behave accordingly and showed great patience - also because there was a language barrier. Also you should know that you will not get your own key to enter the airbnb whenever you want to. You have to be there before midnight or tell the owners when you will get home. Same for the restaurant that is inside the Airbnb, you should tell in advance when you want to have breakfast or dinner there. So it's more a bed and breakfast than your "own" airbnb. Either way we had a great time in Rabat and we were so pleased to meet the people working there. Big plus : the house looked very beautiful - typically Morrocan.

Unforgettable stay with top notch staff and amazing decor. This was the first time I stayed in a Ryad and it exceeded our expectations. Keep in mind that this is inside a busy Medina, you might get lost so don’t hesitate to contact the host, they will send someone to get you on an easy spot. They received us with an amazing tea and great pastries. The room was very artistic as every corner in this place. I couldn’t stop taking pictures! Of course, the pool… what a dream! We booked a massage, breakfast was included, they serve it on the rooftop and the views are breathtaking. They carried our bags to the car (bunch of blocks away) and even took us to a restaurant late at night when we didn’t know what was open, waited for us to eat and took us back (it’s all a maze in the Medina so this was super appreciated). We left a tip at the end because they really deserved it. My only regret is that I stayed only one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is located in the part sale where you are directly in the market. In the accommodation you can relax very well and get nothing of the hustle and bustle outside:) We would particularly like to thank Gabriel. I had the pleasure of staying at Nadia's place. Incredibly nice service and people, delicious breakfast, wonderful view from the terrace. Room clean, tidy. A house with a soul, full of history, beautiful looking, and what a beautiful swimming pool. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
