Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

Explore the authentic picturesque villages nearby with the coziest restaurants. This cottage is located on the back of a farm, in the middle of a nature and bird area in North Holland, 30 minutes away from Amsterdam. Close proximity Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn and the beach at Egmond aan Zee.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

At the end of a dead end road at the bottom of the dyke overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from mill "de Havik" is hidden between the reed and right at the ring cruise holiday home "De Smid". 30 min drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30 min drive from the North Sea beach. Free 2 kanoes to sail. Free Towels/ tea towels/ linens/ pans/ cutlery/ pepper & salt . Double bed (extra 1-person fold-out bed for 3rd person/ child).

B&B De Witte Brug

B&B De Witte Brug offers you from a farm stay in a farmhouse from 1861. It is located in the middle of the Schermer in North Holland, near Stompetoren. You have a full spare part to yourself, where you can stay privately with max four of you. There is a kitchenette, but you can't cook, fry, fondue or stone grill etc.
