The snowmobile trail passes about 100 meters from the cabin. The hiking trails will take you to, among other things., Hållvallen, Trillevallen, and Ytterstvallen. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village, there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery, etc.
