During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

High above the valley, located above a mountain road, you can reach the historic house Oberlandtal. Surrounded by wide mountain meadows on which mountain sheep graze relaxed. A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. Cosy Ski Apartment in Leogang

We are delighted to offer our apartment for another ski season. The ski bus leaves from outside the apartment and takes just 5 minutes to get to the main lifts. There is over 250km of skiing with Leogang, Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn all connected. If you have a car there are loads of other options close by - Hochkönig, Kaprun Glacier etc Our apartment is nice and cosy and has all the comforts of home (WiFi, Cable TV etc.). "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.
