Un immense merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille ! Ce chalet haut de gamme, niché au cœur des bois, est un véritable havre de paix. La décoration épurée et chaleureuse, inspirée du style scandinave, crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré les grandes baies vitrées donnant l’impression de vivre en pleine nature, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Tout est pensé pour le confort : literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements (dont un poêle à bois pour des soirées cosy). Les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir des jouets sur place. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, réactive et attentionnée. Beautiful place! We really enjoyed our time there.

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

Great rental location , everything you need was made available or within driving distance. The cottage is spacious and allows for a lot of light which is beneficial for those looking for a stay indoors with a view.

This cabin was an absolute dream for our mothers' first visit to Canada! We were looking for something special, and this place exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal – a perfect blend of natural beauty and proximity to the city. What truly amazed us was how much more beautiful it was in person compared to the already great photos. The serene lake view, the perfectly stocked kitchen, and the immaculate cleanliness all contributed to an unforgettable stay. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The hosts were also fantastic, with quick and kind communication. They even helped us retrieve keys we'd accidentally left behind! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this incredible retreat.

really lovely location on the lake. well equipped place. the vies of the lake is incredible. we took the canoe out in the evening and the morning and was just amazing! definitely recommend it to get away from the hustle and bustle

This was my second stay at one of Daniel's properties. The location is perfect for me, and the view out over the water is wonderful. Daniel continually adds to his properties, to the benefit of his guests. This year, he added two new fire pits with seating and an additional outdoor picnic table. The cherry on top were the sharpened sticks waiting by the fire for my s'mores.

Had a wonderful stay! Hunt was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture that made it feel cozy. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was also just a short, pleasant walk to the city—perfect for exploring. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host even provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our first visit to this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! Lesley and Ian were incredibly friendly, responsive, and hospitable throughout. The home itself is a serene retreat with stunning green views, and it was clean. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the availability of kayaks, which added to our enjoyment. Their flexibility and support regarding checkout, even allowing us to enjoy the outdoor space after the checkout time, made our stay even more relaxing. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our fourth visit!! We have now stayed in all four rooms and we were in the King’s Den this time!! It felt like coming home as we were greeted with a hug from Taurean and Robert. We had a peaceful three night stay where we spent our time relaxing on the dock, in the hot tub and paddling the river in the paddle boat. Looking forward to our next visit. Glad to have found this little gem!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for what we needed. The bedrooms did run a little warm, but there were tower fans to help circumvent that and keep things comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely place to stay in. It was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, parking was convenient. Mohammad was also such a great host! We checked in late, and Mohammad still welcomed us, and gave us a tour. He was very responsive through the Airbnb app too. I strongly recommend staying in this place, and if I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

Après 3 jours sur Toronto,le logement de Tunde est un havre de paix. logement très bien entretenu et qu'elle vue 🤩. Bon endroit pour se rendre 1 journée au Parc Algonquin (80km entrée Est du parc). visite des chutes d Egen (petite balade pas loin de Bancroft). commerce à Bancroft pour les courses. Tout était parfait et Tunde réponds rapidement à nos questions. je recommande ce logement.

Es ist ein herrlicher Ort mit spektakulärer Aussicht und eigenem Badesteg. Besser kann man seinen Urlaub kaum verbringen. Nicole war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns auch spät Abends noch in einer Problemlage unterstützt hat. Absolut zu empfehlen! Danke

Great place to get away. Enjoyed relaxing days on the dock and kayaking the lake. Easy to get into town. The space itself is beautiful. Large windows but still a cottage charm. The hosts were incredibly responsive! Would happily stay here again.

I hosted my bachelorette at this stay and it has to be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at as an Airbnb! Highly recommend! 10/10! It has so many options to enjoy the lake (kayaks, paddle boards, trampoline all available). We all loved the 3 bathrooms since there were 7 girls, and very well accommodated everyone! Overall, excellent & perfection!

This is a beautiful cottage. The lake access is the real highlight and the hosts have really leaned into this providing lots of opportunities for water recreation, including a good sized dock, multiple kinds of boats (kayaks, a canoe, a peddle boat, and paddle boards), and a large floaty that acts as a second dock. Speakers at the waters edge were a nice touch! The hosts were also great. Very responsive and friendly, and proactively reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The cottage itself isn’t huge if you plan to spend the majority of your time inside, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent the majority of our time by the water. It was big enough to fit 10 around the dining table for meals and games. All in all, it was a great experience.

Thanks for a great stay. We had everything we needed in the house with wonderful access to a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards to explore the expansive shoreline. The location is near some walking trails in the woods which our dog really enjoyed. The cottage was adjacent a public beach which was busy on the weekends, however nice and siren on the weekdays to sit and watch the sunrise. We would certainly recommend and stay again.

This airbnb checked all the boxes! It was clean and spacious and had a beautiful beach for kids to play in shallow water and for adults to paddle board and swim. The airbnb had everything we could need and more with little luxuries like charging pads and touch activated lights. Valerie was a lovely host, providing detailed property information in advance and answering any questions promptly. We hope to rebook next summer!

Karine's place was so peaceful - the perfect getaway! The cottage smells like cedar and has a lovely fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Karine was always very quick at responding and super friendly. The instructions to get there were mostly clear, although you have to go down the hill (to the right), and not up the hill (left) when you first turn onto the country road. Perhaps a bit pricy for the size, but we would definitely book again!

It was a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Having a hot tub and fire pit by the water was great.
