This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . Travel person special for one guest. Guest Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. This is a cute little dry cabin… Which means there is no running water however, there is a on-demand hot water shower that is seasonal, see the rest of the amenities for more details There is a motion activated camera that is pointed at the parking area, which will show me your arrival and your departure… If you bring a pet with you, it must be included in the reservation …. if you do not add your pet in the reservation, please just do not bring your pet.

Great hosts, very responsive. The space was the entire walkout basement, and the hosts respected our privacy :) Very clean and spacious. Something to note, the walk to the space requires walking down a grassy slope that has a fairly decent slope. If you have knee or joint issues, or issues with climbing, you will want to be aware of this.

This little cottage in Spokane Valley was perfect for us, right near my husband’s family and his relative, and it was really quiet and comfortable in every way. The kitchen was excellent! The appliances were all great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was completely pristine and perfect for us.

Beautiful place, Our only complaint would be how loud the upstairs guests children were constant running around and slamming of what sounded like furniture, not very sound proof. Parking was also a bit of a pain but workable. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly cabin nestled in the woods, this home is a great find. It has several patios with excellent views of the morning sunrise and sunset, firepit, bunk beds, games, and little forts for kids to play in. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
