A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Nissinniity's 30 m2 sauna cottage is your resting place in the middle of nature. The loft sleeps 2-3 people, downstairs there is a sofa that can be spread out for 2 people. The cottage is winterized. The host's log cabin is located in the same yard. The cottage has its own quiet courtyard bordering the lake. In the summer, the lake refreshes you with swimming, rowing and fishing. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
