Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

Olas Yard

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Circus Wagon in East Hoby

Welcome to stay in the Circus Troll in the small village of Östra Hoby on Österlen! The circus wagon is decorated for 2p with kitchenette and bunk bed. Bathrooms and larger kitchens are in common space in the furniture. In the garden, there is a wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower. Bed linens and cleaning are included. In the apple grove we also have two glamping tents for rent, because what is a circus carriage without a circus tent?! The garden is thus shared with other residents but everyone has their private outdoor space.

Welcome to your own apartment on the second floor of this spacious house in the heart of Österlen. Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the block next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Österlen, 150 m to sea & beach – Prime location!

Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.
