There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Här råder lugnet på landet men det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Det är bara 10 min till färjan i Trelleborg. 2 gäster sover bekvämt i dubbelsängen men vi kan bädda med extramadrasser för upp till 4. Obs! Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Närmaste tågstation finns i V Ingelstad ca 4 km härifrån. Bussförbindelse dit och till Vellinge tätort,( endast vardagar och inte 16 juni -17 augusti.) Närbutik finns i närliggande Västra Ingelstad ca 3 km, större butik i Oxie ca 3 km. Billaddare för elbilar finns på boendet. Avgift för laddning betalas direkt till värden.
